Friendly staff, clean basic room. Microwave and a small refrigerator. Quiet area of town. Will stop again. Great place to rest.
In the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere (sorry Wilcox) after driving 15 hours all you want is a bed. Any bed. We happened upon this motel 8 and boy were we happy. Nice big rooms, comfy beds, AC that cranked out that cool air. Quiet place with a very nice staff. Much better then we expected.
The owner is a personable great guy... Rooms are dated.... But very clean.. I enjoyed my stay.. Thanks!
Much nicer than expected inside. Clean, somewhat updated room, big mini-fridge. Staff was friendly. Able to walk to the places I went. Will stay there next time.
The man working the desk said there's no breakfast places neat by.. found 2 good restaurants the following morning. Staff was very rude! The hotel was dirty and super noisy area . Do not recommend this place!
Not too impressed with this motel. Off the beaten path, in a small community, and one of the noisest places I have stayed at. Cars coming and going all hours, doors slamming and at one point I thought the place exploded there was such a loud bang. So if you need a stop over this is not the place for rest!!
We got there and everything seemed great! The man who runs the hotel was very kind and helpful and the rooms were clean. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We were there for a week and a half and the wife of the owner was extremely unfriendly and made us not want to stay anymore because it was so uncomfortable. She made us feel like our business wasnt appreciated or wanted. They only clean room once a week so We kept running out if toilet paper and towels. The ice machine has white peices in the ice. Upon leaving early they had kept our taxes per night for rest of the week we paid in advance even though he told us we could get our money back if we had to leave early. Not worth the money unless your only staying overnight. I have never wrote a bad review ever but the lack of customer service about us paying taxes on nights we didnt even stay really pushed us over the edge.
