I was devastated when Verizon couldn’t even figure out why my old iPhone was locking up and couldn’t transfer anything to the new phone. (They basically said I was S. O. L. “We’ve never seen this happen before!” ???? Great!) But, they did say to try this place … I was skeptical. But prayed that they could maybe get it to work. At least get my photos to transfer …

When I walked in, the scared butterflies in my stomach were met by two wonderful people. (They both made me feel like I was hanging out with old friends!) After some fiddling here, some tweaking there … lo and behold, the magic happened!!! He was able to get everything transferred over and the new phone working!

Great folks, great place, great price - WAY less than I was figuring it would be!! I hope my phone never gets stupid again, but if it dies, I know exactly where I’ll be going!! Thank you x1000!!! ????❤️

Josh is the best. I've been a loyal customer since he opened. Whatever I need some, he fixes. I think I've referred at least 10 customers and they've all be satisfied. Absolutely the best. He's my go to for everything I need.

Josh is like the iPhone whisperer . If your phone is busted and everyone tells you it's over get a new one. Just bring it to Josh the owner. The dude just wins. I'll bring him a phone that hasn't worked for 4 years that I found on the railroad tracks after being hit by a train and the dude makes it work. He might be a wizard, just saying.

10/10 overall . Good customer service, they were able to fix my Iphone XR screen, Apple was charging me very high price and this guys gave me a reasonable price and just helped me out so much, thank you guys! definitely coming back ???????? yay!

I had an old, broken phone that wouldn't even turn on. I knew I had pictures and videos on it that I thought were lost forever. Thanks to Josh, I have those precious memories again to view any time I want.

I came into the shop today to get the speaker system fix/cleaned on my iPhone 11. I totally thought the speaker was shot or was damaged by water so I brought it in to have Josh take a look at it. Xfinity wanted to charge me for a new phone @ $1,000.00+ when in all reality my phone speaker system needed a good cleaning once disassembled and worked just great. Josh was awesome to work with but very honest with what was going on with my phone. He could have easily sold me on a new phone but fixed it at a fraction of the cost. Mon Valley Phone Repair will be my first call for any phone questions.
