Tracy did an outstanding job on my nails. She did a great job on my toes as well. The staff was accommodating and polite. You do not have nail salons like this. I really enjoyed my time there. She will definitely be my new nail tech!

1/5 & don’t recommend . For starters , I was there 2 and a half hours with no wait before hand. First I asked for French ( white ) tips but the guy glued the tips halfway down my nail so I asked him to just put the blue that’s on my toes over the white tips so I wasn’t being too problematic. He kept the drill turned up way too high even after I told him he was burning my fingers. After all that he told me I owed $110 for perfect toes but lumpy & sloppy done finger nails that took 2 1/2 hours.

Well, half an eyebrow gone and after years of frequenting this shop the owner couldn't even admit she messed up. Tracey had the nerve to say I came in with half a brow like she didn't just rip it off during a brow wax. The 65 health score should have deterred me but I was foolishly loyal. Her kids run around the salon and are a distraction. Beware if you frequent this salon, she's great until she's not. Don't expect her to take responsibility.

My first time going there..my nails were done the length I wanted but I had to have acrylic added to a nail because there was a big gap, later realized that a couple of nails has bumps in them and more than one nail had air bubbles...

Tracey has my nails right ever holiday. Make an appointment though she stays busy!!! She is really good.

Tracy is a really professional nail tech! She does amazing work. She’s never rude and makes sure you leave with exactly what you want. I have been going to Model Nail Salon for years now! The entire staff is great! Would I recommend this nail salon….Absolutely!!!

Had 2 get a fresh full set. I had several nails that started lifting & cracked my real nails. They guy that did my full set took his time & was very patient with me. He made sure to handle my nails with TLC. When he finished I was not only pleased buy his customer service skills, but my nails actually looked like I wanted them to look 1 month Pryor into going to him. I will definitely be a regular & will recommend them to anyone

Everytime I go to this place they skip over customers. I've visited this shop on two different occasions and the service has been horrible. Each time I state pedicure and full set, but it never fails I'm always getting skipped over with my nails. I waited a whole hr after my feet were done and still didn't get my nails done. Meanwhile she's starting a full set on someone that walked in way after me. Poor communication is their problem. Does great work but when your customer service is bad what's the point.
