I called and asked could I exchange a couple of hair products and was told as long as the sticker is on them no problem. I wasted gas driving here today for them to say I can’t exchange because of no seal. That should have been explained before telling me otherwise. I have spent plenty of money here and this will be my last time patronizing this beauty supply store. I will get all my products from target Walmart or Amazon where I can return or exchange hassle free. I didn’t us the products I have no reason to lie about cheap products
I use to love this hair store. Simply because they had the best prices in town. But since inflation has happened the price of everything has gone up.
