Got a pedi here, and the technician seemed very competent. The customer service side was a bit lacking, though. From the moment I walked in till I left, the employees didn't talk to me hardly at all but spent the entire time talking and laughing amongst themselves. I've had this happen before to some extent at other places, but it was really extreme here this time. I'm totally not expecting to be paid attention to the whole time, but at least give me a chance to say hi and communicate with you a little bit :/

I got a gel pedicure and a dip powder for my nails. Within a few days my toes paint came off, the entire paint came off in one piece. This was my first time getting a dip and they're uneven and lumpy with bubbles. Definitely not worth the $100 I spent. The ladies were nice though.

Was there today for a complete set of dip nails. This place was SUPER SLOW!! Some family members started going there, but I need GOOD & FAST... anybody recommend a good one?

Left with my fingers and toes bleeding and in pain. The French tip is sloppy and smudged and bubbled at the ends. It looks awful and I’m extremely disappointed.

I've gone to Miss Nail for over 10 years. They do a great job! I wouldn't go any where else.

I have been to this business twice for pedicures. I plan to only go there from now on!! They are extremely CLEAN, which other Blue Springs businesses were not! They have packaged individual clean instruments they use for each client. They have you wash your hands when you come in and they wear a mask.

The actual pedicure was WONDERFUL and the paint lasted way longer on my feet than the other places I had been without any issues.

I highly suggest this business!!!!

Dirty! Overpriced! Not impressed with the cleanliness of this place. They were using tools that were laying out and I did not see them sterilize between customers. They do not clean the pedicure tubs between customers and just rinse with water. My nail polish looked good however they did not do a good job removing dead skin on my feet. I paid $65 for a gel mani and gel pedi, the sign posted on the wall listed it for less $ so I was a bit surprised at the total. I will not be going back and they seriously need to clean tools and equipment between customers before someone gets an infection!
