I just took my dog there today for the first time and they are awesome! Maria is an absolute delight and Ashley, who groomed my cranky old dog, was super patient with him and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Miss Lili's - we will be back again soon!

This was our first time and my Maggie has bad knees. Miss Ashley was so kind and told us she would take special care of our Maggie and she did just that. We will definitely be continuing to take her to Miss Lillys with Ashley. Thank you

We LOVE Miss Lil’s. Our little 6lb Chinese Crested Powder Puff, Yuri, gets such excellent care, we won’t take her anywhere else. She just loves getting pampered there. Highly recommended!

Miss Lily's is a great groomer. Ashley does our little Yorkie and she always looks beautiful. Must make an appointment though, they are very busy.

After receiving a phone call, apology, and assurance from the owner, I decided to one last time to have my dog groomed. I have to say that Ashley groomed him and everything was done perfectly! I will continue to take my pup and recommend this salon as they have undoubtedly stepped up their game. I will be back to give 5 stars once this trend continues.

Let me start by saying they are super friendly and my pup seems happy while he is there however, the first time I took my baby his cut was extremely uneven, his ears weren’t plucked and being the type of dog that he is that is super important to avoid growth of yeast and bacteria that causes ear infections. I took photos and when I returned for his second visit I addressed my concerns and was assured that he would receive better service. I picked him up the second time and the cut was much better but his ears were still just trimmed and not plucked and when I got home I had to trim around his hind end for sanitary purposes. All and all they improve so I returned again today for his third and more than likely last visit and AGAIN his cut was super uneven. I brought up some of this while still at the salon and was told that she basically didn’t have some of the tools needed to cut him smoothly because those “clippers are expensive” ????! She took him back and touched up the obvious but once I was able to give him a thorough look at home he was still pretty uneven and his hind end was long and ears again weren’t plucked. I spent another hour at home touching up what I could. It is kind of like they are herding cattle; I appreciate a timely groom but if the quality isn’t up to par I would rather you take the time and do it correctly even if he is there longer. I’ve used other groomers in the past and I’ve never seen them finish in the short amount of time that this salon does. A bit of advice, sloooow down and make that the cut is a great one each and every time.
