EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! I came here with high hopes and they were fulfilled. I let them know before I came how I wanted my hair, colored and cut, and the current state of my hair at the time. During my appointment, I was told my hair was quite damaged from the previous bleachings I had done. Therefore, I could not achieve the silver color I wanted and was offered a darker color that would have similar results. I am extremely happy with the results and love how my hair was styled after. The attention to detail and the time put in to protect my skin and clothes from the bleach deserves 5 stars. Other salons I've been to do not care about staining skin with hair dye or protecting clothing from bleach. Very appreciative of the services and hospitality. Also the prices are great!
Modern hair salon kinda hidden in Duluth. Called for an appt for Monday afternoon. Quick and professional service. Cy Lee was my stylist. He did a great job with my hair. Asked for a haircut and dusty rose/ ash pink color. The test strand came out to be a bright pink! He mixed the color to be a bit darker and it turned out great! He was very patient and has attention to detail. Just gotta trust the process lol took 3.5 hours total! Love the results! Price wasn’t too crazy expensive. Highly recommend the salon and ask for Cy Lee!
Because I can't get an appointment at the hair salon I always go to. I came to Miracle twice to get my hair cut, and both times were very bad experiences. I had a lot of hair, but it wasn't hard to fix, I needed to thin the whole hair, and both stylists only thin the ends, and they straighten your hair, and at that time my hair looked very thin and very nice, but after I went home and washed it, my hair looked like a big mushroom. I don't know if both stylists are being lazy or just not very skilled. I also paid more than 20 percent tips, which I think is not worth it and makes me angry. The hair stylists are CY and Jayna. do not recommend this place and will not come back.
Elsa and Jayna are phenomenal, I had a hair coloring today with Elsa and she was so kind and empathetic. I've had very negative experiences at another salon in the area where the stylist ignored my sensitivities and made me feel uncomfortable voicing any concerns I had. Elsa not only listened but was super accommodating and sweet about it.
I’ve been seeing Elsa at Miracle for the past few years, but I just recently learned that she is on an indefinite (?) hiatus. They couldn’t tell me when she’d be back. It was also strangely empty when I went in last week (only one chair on a Sunday afternoon). I’m not sure what happened, but if anyone reading this happens to know if Elsa went to a different salon, please lmk! I loved getting my hair done by her :(
The workers were very nice and the atmosphere was amazing. I took my daughters, and they loved the music that was playing in the back while their hair was being cut it made the experience very relaxing. In the end, they loved their hair!
Every time Jayna works her magic on my hair, I always leave happy and satisfied with the results! She’s not only down to earth and extremely kind, she’s amazing at her job. The vibe in her salon is relaxed, comfortable yet very professional. The service is great, and the salon is very clean and tidy. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this place!

Jayna is the best. I've followed her to three locations now. A salon is only as good as the hairstylist in them. I get my hair cut here and I've been taking my almost 4 year old son to Jayna since he was 1.5 years old. Definitely recommend Miracle Hair Salon and definitely recommend booking with Jayna!
