Update: luckily I had time still before I left town; I went back & they fixed my nails free of charge.

I now have simple black gels that aren’t gooped on. I appreciate it.

Literally the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life.

I had my hands done today with gel. I could tell they had a few issues and when I tried to get them fixed, he said I was good & pushed me out.

Later I had multiple nails break open and ooze liquid. 2 nails peeled, one peeled one layer and the other peeled everything.

Also- zero massaging, even like the 30 seconds on the feet. Didn’t cut any of my nails before working on them. Very disappointed.

Do not go.

Edit: following day I have 2 more nails peeling. Wow, this is horrendous. And because it’s gels I can’t easily get rid of them on my own

Edit #2: ok, now more nails have peeled or popped open (oozing black gel ink and getting all over things). I have more messed up nails than I have nice nails. This is hugely disappointing.

Of course I paid cash and have no receipt, so I’m not even sure if I could get my $ back or get these fixed (or at least removed) without a hassle.

Would not recommend. I wanted gel polish on my hands but regular polish on my feet but they said they only used gel polish even tho there were regular polishes on the wall. So I was basically being forced to spend more. Only got my feet done because I just left after. And they were done horribly.

Me and my girls definitely left happy, been trying to find a good nail salon in the area, and I think we have found it. I will be back.

I came to get my lashes done for a trip worse mistake ever the lashes were glued the lashes directly to my lashes (lash line to tip) massive amount of glue and than they began to lift causing more pain than I was already in from the over usage of glue and it hardening on my skin , I learned They are not in anyway trained or certified to do lashes they haven’t been taught at all by any professional just messing in people face , they use a glue not eye Safe and extremely hard and painful to remove , insult to injury Kim’s rude and has terrible customer service she uses gobs of Vaseline no actual remover to remove it pretty much ripping them off your face taking your natural lash with them I’m mortified and disgusted if you love yourself NEVER LET KIM TOUCH YOUR FACE !!

I have been going here for over 10 yrs and never had an issue. Of course being smack dab in the heart of one of the worst open air drug markets in Baltimore is nerve wracking at times. But the service is good, they are usually very accommodating and they try to move as quickly as they can. MIA IS THE BOMB!

Love them nicknamed'em "New Benjies", The techs always do a wonderful job. Worth every ????.

This place is right around the corner from my job which is quick and convenient. The staff is so courteous. I appreciate the fact they have a personal relationship with their regulars. It ain't fancy but I love it. Mimi is ze best!!!

I get my lashes done here. I buy my own stripes, they cut them into 3 pieces and apply. Stays on over 2 weeks.
