We arrived at 9:30am when they opened. Only 2 other ladies where in there at the time. It took them 3hrs to have 2 full sets and 2 pedicures done. I have been here several times and never have I ever been so disappointed with my nails as I was this time. At my cuticles the acrylic is so thick. I also got a pedicure, I told the lady about my nails and nothing was even said other then SORRY!!
Tried to have a mother daughter evening with my mom and this was by far my worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. For starting they way overbooked themselves, I had an appointment for us both at 4:45 and we weren’t seated till after 6! My mom wanted marble on her nails and the man doing them told her he couldn’t do the marble. After being seated the man doing my nails got up walked away for a few minutes to smoke a cigarette then finished. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had and I definitely won’t be returning. I showed him the pumpkin design I wanted on my nails as well and he said he couldn’t do either. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time and I’ve never had an experience like this. Not even to mention all of the polish from my last set wasn’t taken off all the way. Don’t waste your time or money here!
Horrible! They have been doing my acrylic nails. I made an appointment with Jason and confirmed it was with Jason (he's awesome). Got there and was told he's on vacation they can help me. I had the acrylic removed. Had an appointment for dip but said just remove, shape and file since he wasn't there. This is how they did my nails. I said really? There was still tons of acrylic left on and the nails weren't round or even. Looked terrible! I refused to leave until they fixed them. They soaked for another 20 minutes removed a ton more acrylic and did no better at fixing. The one man tried to help (why I gave 1 star). 3 of them worked on me. I went home, cut and filed my own nails! BEWARE!
To start off- we were in no rush so we were okay waiting BUT every person that came in (about 8 of us waiting) was told that it would be 10-15 min wait when it would clearly be over an hour wait.
I told the one guy that I wanted a basic manicure and he proceeded to get the acrylics out. I told him just a manicure and he was being so pushy towards the acrylics and proceeded to get out the acrylics after I told him 5 times that I JUST wanted a MANICURE. He was also very rough with my manicure and just rushed through it.
Another member of our party, with the same guy I had- was being VERY rough with her. She’s just a kid and was throwing her hands around and shoving them in the gel light and actually ruined a nail and did NOT fix it. When she was clearly uncomfortable with how rough he was being he just ignored it and kept going.
The pedicurist told a member of our party that it was “nasty” when minimal skin was scrubbed off and repeatedly made it known. They also charged for a deluxe pedicure without asking what pedicure was even wanted.
There was also a lady that her pedicure got ruined because the nail stylist stepped on her feet and STILL made her pay for it.
***THEY ALSO DID NOT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS AT ALL. THEY SPRAYED IT WITH ALCOHOL AND REUSED IT***

I love this salon. Kelly has been doing my nails and toes for over two years, she is the best tech I have ever been to. She took the time to learn how I like my nails at my first visit, and I get the same quality fill and pedi every time. My nails always look awesome and she does such a good job on the fill, I can go a longer period between fills. She is great to visit with so the appointments seem so quick. I highly recommend her!
Went in for no chip mani/pedi. 1 1/2 hrs later, my pedi was only 1/2 done and I had waited at least a 1/2 hour for someone to come finish. Other customers came in and were taken care of while I sat in the pedicure waiting for someone to come finish what had been started. I finally got up and left. They charged me for a full pedicure even though they never finished it. Never will I go there again. I so miss Ty & Tina!!!!
I do not recommend going to this salon. Very unprofessional and unhygienic!! The nail tech cut me and I began to bleed and instead of him asking if I was okay or if I needed anything to clean my cut he used his thumb to wipe my blood away!! And he was not wearing gloves!! My nails look horrible, they are uneven, jagged and to top it all off he charged me more than the usual price I pay. I will never go back there again!
The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because I have been a consistent customer before the change of management. Now that there are new workers it is unorganized. Always overbooked make an appointment to sit 30-40 minutes. The female worker rushes and is very sloppy puts on the acrylic nail so thick it takes her forever to drill and file the nail down. She even rushes during the pedicures you can barely enjoy it. I’ve complained before but they do not listen to the customers I am disappointed at the services I have been getting and will not be returning
