I had the worst treatment in my life. The young lady ( the most young one ) just complained about the color I choose. She was speaking in her language in front of me with other lady about the colors I got it. She was making faces. Bad energy . I felt horrible. In the end she charged me 20$ more without let me know before. When i showed her the nails designer she said one price after added 20$. I felt like a garbage . It’s not about the money but the way I was treat .
I came to Chris in a panic because I had a bad experience previously, with a DIFFERENT salon. He did an excellent job! I went out of the country for 3 weeks and my nails didn’t chip, lift, or break! I emphatically recommend this salon. Friendly, professional, relaxed environment! Ask for CHRIS!
Chris did an awesome job on my Ombré nails.. I love them. He was quick, professional and thorough ! Call Chris for a great job !
They were very nice but I didn’t have a great experience. I got my acrylic nails removed and a regular manicure. She didn’t remove all of the old glue so when she painted my nails it was super bumpy. She also cut my finger while doing my cuticles. However, my sister and mom got pedicures and they were happy with the end result.
Judy, Lisa, Hai, Nick- you won’t ever get a bad pedicure or gel manicure from them. My gel lasts weeks and so does my pedicure. They are a very warm and welcoming spa, and most importantly they don’t rush you.

Not a good nail salon. Came here with my husband, was not impressed and the quality and customer service was far below my expectations. As I walked in, there was a woman arguing with the owner over a refund. Her nails looked really bad and she was showing him how they were lifting, and the man still refused her refund. I lost a lot of respect for the owner and this business after witnessing him treat her like that. I will not return.
I love this place! I've heard some people say the prices are a little more than fair. Not sure how true that is because I'm really not some nail expertise lol. But I think the entire experience is worth the money! The entire staff is so nice and the place is very clean and relaxing, even if they're busy! I've had my nails done by Hannah, Vivian, and Lisa and they are all spectacular! I really love how they take their time in the service without making you feel like you're there forever. I highly recommend this adorable little spot. I've gotten manicures, pedicures, and waxings here before and each one has been great. Even my fiance had his first mani-pedi treatment here and he absolutely loved it.
Had one of the most horrific customer service experiences here. I walked in and was seated pretty fast. Needed a refill. Nail tech offered an $18 no-gel color refill or a $33 gel refill. I asked if there would be any extra charges. She stated that if she found one broken nail, it would be an extra $3. I had no broken nail, so I reassured her that the $18 no-gel color fill will be sufficient. As a business leader, I’m naturally inclined to verify cost before services by asking questions. But I have never experienced what came next. The tech them berated me about paying for extra charges. She “educated” me on why I should pay for any extra charges she comes across. As she won’t on, I just paused and stared at her. She finally stopped talking and told me in her words “you don’t have to pay for more. You can pay or no pay, you don’t have to pay us, there are many nail salon you can go to. You don’t have to pay us”. I looked at this young lady, told her I would just bite my tongue and politely left. I’m not sure what kind of a Day the young lady had or was having. But I can assure this business - with that kind of arrogance and entitlement, they won’t be in business long. As a business leader, I would be completely appalled if one of my team members said anything like that to a client. In my organization we strive to exceed every client’s expectation. We would never be so arrogant in our delivery and so confident that we had “it all”. I have Lived in Windermere for over 10 years and every service provider in our community have always conducted themselves in the finest manner. Our zip code has never made us act arrogant to our neighbors and visitors. It’s my hope that the new businesses opening in our community understand the bond and culture that keeps us strong. What happened in this nail salon is totally unacceptable. All I wanted was good service and I always pay for services I’m provided with. I consistently take care of service providers that tirelessly & humbly take care of my needs. I hope no one else has to experience this kind of disservice.
