The only thing I can say about this is, the people are friendly I guess. I literally got in my car and cried because of the amount of anxiety I felt after I left. The man who did my nails pretty much butchered my cuticles. I wanted a simple yin and Yang design but I guess it was too much so after the third try I said Never-mind and just do black tips, at this point I think he was frustrated because there was other customers in line. I paid $69 tip included even though I was extremely unhappy. They look awful and feel awful.. I even told him “ummm you cut my cuticles” and he didn’t seem to be empathetic, or didn’t understand what I was saying. Won’t be returning.
Not friendly at all!
Lady who did my gel color did not have her certification up. Left them bubbly. Some young girl who probably had no certification as well, had to take over and finish them. They look very messy. :(
Avoid this salon!!!! They can’t communicate with you. They don’t understand English!!! He couldn’t understand what an appointment was. He just kept saying 40 minutes. That’s what he told me on the phone 40 minutes prior! They wasted my time! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
I had a pleasant visit here in Miami Nails, my nail tech was Toon, the more simple the better. He was very attentive and nice to me, I got done just what i wanted. Thank you Toon, you are the best, we will see you soon ????????????????✅????
I went in with my niece for pedicures and we both ended up getting the worst ingrown toe nails a week later. They were rushing the whole time even though we booked the appointments 1 day in advance. I got cut pretty bad on one of my toenails and they didn't even apologize or acknowledge their mistake. I also had to ask the tech to recut my cuticles since my toenail was hurting bad and she painted my nail wrong. It had bubbles. I made sure to point it out before I left which she did fix. They have a sign that says we have to mention what's wrong with the service or absolutely no refunds once we leave. How were we going to know we would get terrible ingrown nails... I won't be a returning customer.
Worst place I’ve ever had my nails done. Paid $65 for my nails to look like the Rocky Mountains. There’s a line of glue on my nail I asked for coffin and these are so fat. I literally cried when I got in the car. When you get your nails done you are supposed to feel pretty, I’m literally so embarrassed to have these.
I got my nails done here a few months ago and chose this design. i was so happy with my nails and i am yet to have a bad experience! i am planning on going back there soon! also pricing was pretty good for anyone that is worried about that.
The last two times I came here I was pleased with my nails but not so much this time. I made an appt for 5:30 which I arrived 5 minutes before for a full set and pedicure. Walk ins got done faster than I did. I didn’t get my nails finished until 7:30 and was unable to get a pedicure as they had already closed and cleaned everything. He told me to come back tomorrow for the pedicure which I won’t. I don’t recommend getting the older gentleman as he cut me three times and grunted when I jerked my hand. Very disappointed this time I went.

Quick Facts About Miami Nails

Miami Nails Place, as evident from the comments above, has both strengths and weaknesses. It is important to consider the various perspectives and experiences shared by customers to gain a comprehensive understanding.
One strength that was consistently highlighted is the friendliness of the staff. Several customers mentioned that the nail technicians were nice and attentive towards them. This positive atmosphere can contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable experience for customers.
Another strength mentioned by a satisfied customer was the ability of the nail technician named Toon to understand and deliver exactly what the customer wanted. This shows that there are skilled technicians at the salon who can meet customers' specific requests.
However, there are significant weaknesses that were emphasized by multiple customers. One common complaint was the poor quality of work. Many customers mentioned that their nails were left looking messy, with uneven application and bubbly gel color. Some even highlighted the fact that the nail technicians did not have their certifications displayed, raising concerns about their expertise and qualifications.
The issue of communication was also brought up by dissatisfied customers. Some mentioned that the staff had difficulty understanding English, which led to miscommunications and confusion. One customer specifically mentioned that the staff could not comprehend the concept of an appointment, causing frustration and wasted time.
Another major weakness of Miami Nails Place is the lack of accountability and customer service. One customer mentioned that her cuticles were cut during the service, but the technician did not show any empathy or address the issue. Additionally, another customer pointed out that when they experienced terrible ingrown toenails, they were unable to get a refund unless they specifically mentioned the problem before leaving. This lack of acknowledgement of mistakes and unwillingness to rectify them can be highly disappointing for customers.
There were also concerns raised about the pricing. While one customer mentioned that the pricing was reasonable, another customer paid $65 for a design that left her feeling embarrassed. This inconsistency in pricing and the dissatisfaction it causes may deter some customers from returning.
Lastly, the issue of time management was addressed by multiple customers. Some mentioned that the salon was rushing through appointments, even for those who had booked in advance. This led to poor quality results and a feeling of being neglected. Furthermore, one customer shared an experience where her appointment was delayed, and she was unable to receive a pedicure as the salon had already closed. This lack of punctuality and consideration for customers' time can lead to frustration and disappointment.
In conclusion, Miami Nails Place has strengths such as friendly staff and the ability to deliver what customers want in some cases. However, there are significant weaknesses in terms of poor quality work, communication issues, lack of accountability, inconsistent pricing, and time management problems. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
