I have been coming to this place every time I visit Gallup. Only two people have cut my hair at Metro. Bryson is the best barber there. Even when there is a wait for him to cut my hair, I will wait. There usually is a wait for him. I recently went back to visit and he was not there. I was informed he did not work there anymore. That is disturbing news because he truly is the master of his craft. Please let me know where I can find him or if he moved elsewhere. I’ll be visiting again soon. The place was clean and the other guy who cut my hair was meh so I’ll give two stars.
Nice place to get a haircut, my husband git a nice cut, better than Walmart and Extreme Cut, who makes his hair look like a Q-tip.
I requested a comb over with a hard line and a line up. The guy butchered the point that the lineup and hardline meets, I literally had a bold spot, My son’s comb over was fine but he had another barber. Plus all the regulars who come here get priority service. This will be my last time I come to Gallup and I will make the extra hour and a half drive to receive quality and equal services.
A true artist with clippers! Told the barber, Doug, what I wanted and in record time it's exactly as I asked. Not too expensive for a great cut. Think I found my go to barber from now on. Open everyday not like most barber shops that close on Sundays. But located inside, Rio West mall near the food court, so that's mall hours they are open.
Another Great hair from Bryson at Metro barbershop in the Rio west mall this barber is worth the wait takes his time and treats his clients with respect and now am a loyal client not so much the other barbers they are too much in a rush..
I recommend a haircut with Justin 5/5 haircut always. Haven't looked back since to any other shop.
Yesterday my son needed a haircut,mainly just a trim and the lady there did a terrible job my son cried all the way home. I didn't see the damage until the shop was closed he is still upset he won't go to school. This lady told my son it was her first time used us as Guinea pigs and she had the nerve to charge me $1.25 for using my card.
