I love this Salon!! I've been coming here too Paulina for over 12 years. They are so friendly, inviting & make you feel so good. Their work is beautiful Excellent!! Color, cut, layers, they do it all !
I wanted a haircut but the salon I usually go wasn't picking up the phone for the appointment. So I rushed to the mall and went to menlo unisex and asked if they accept walk ins. They immediately ushered me in and gave me a satisfactory haircut. The price was very reasonable and the staff were nice. I will be back again when my hair grows long.
Took my boys in expecting to get quality service for pictures for my Military going away within the hour. Hair cut was rushed by Filippo and my other son was kicked to someone else so he could take care of a old client with no appointment ( who came in after me). Typical New Jersey mentality take care of our own. I just thought a 20yr Military Service member would had received better service.

We have been going to this saloon for many years now but as the old staff leaves and the new comes, this place tends to get worse and worse each time. Staff is filled with nothing but attitude; although they may act sweet at times, they make it clear that they just want ur money and that they don't care about u personally. Also, they make a great effort to talk about u to their employees right in front of u. Somehow when I asked her not to wash my hair she said she has to but someone right next to me asked the same thing and they were fine.
I had an extremely bad experience today. This saloon really need professional and expert staff.
I have been here for hair color and highlights.
I have done the color and highlights earlier at other places and I know how it is done.
But at this place this lady didn’t even understand what is highlights means. She colored all start of the hair with almost white and at the end of hair light brown. This is looking extremely disgusting. They need to put at least decent hair stylist who know the basic work minimum.
I lost / wasted 130 dollars here. I highly recommend not to go here for any hair work. You will be extremely disappointed on losing your hard earned money.
It's TRUE, like others have said the staff comes and goes. Isabel did a great job cutting and blowing out my daughter's hair, plus she was super nice and sweet. Natalie has been there for years and has done a good job in the past, double processing my hair.
It really depends who you get and what you need done.
After a couple weeks of letting my hair grow out, to decide if I really hate my hair cut or not, I've decided it is easily one of the worst ones. I specifically asked to keep my bangs and after a month, they're still not fully back. I hate my hair. So much. I can't even do anything about it. I've never been more upset about a haircut for this long in my life.
