I ordered my delivery was 30 mins late my food was horrible quality I ordered through Uber eats and there was no delivery updates food was terrible I usually get food from here all the time but it was terrible and so was customer service Uber eats told me to contact the restaurant for delivery updates as one of the kebab shops drivers where delivering every time I called no answer I do not recommend and my chicken was also pink in the middle don’t spend your money here
best kebab of my life. i would quite frankly kill my boyfriend to go back here. most amazing place on earth - better than disney
Absolutely shocking rude that's suppose to be XL large kebab I been given more for small In better kebab shops and the guy was rude not worth the money or hassle
Really friendly and helpful staff, they allowed us to use their fridge. Food tasted great, especially the pizza.
Normally love the kebabs 4 star. However Saturday night ordered two for home delivery. Received on route notification, so I left my flat and proceeded to the foyer , looking forward to my meal. No delivery. About 15 minutes later driver phones again. He is sat in the street, not even in car park at front of building. By the time we locate him return to flat food is cold , wife threw hers away.
Never had this problem before , but will definitely consider other options if home delivery is classed as the nearest lamppost to my home.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
We ordered some food at 00:20 and didn't get the food until 02:15,,, (On a Sunday evening) SHOCKINGLY 2 hours later and there was no way to get hold of them but eventually when we did, we got told it will be 5 minutes which was a lie because it was another 45 minute wait.
The food was cold and extremely soggy and when I spoke to the driver about it, I said it's ridiculous to wait 2 hours for food.
He did say sorry but didn't seem that bothered about it really, because he smirked at me when I said I will complain through just eat.
I'd put a 0 star if I could.
You have to spend £16 in order to receive a delivery. You then have to pay £9 on top of that for delivery… it makes no sense. If you have a minimum amount for delivery then you should not be charged extra. What’s the plan, to send it on a helicopter? Definitely not worth a stone cold kebab.
Delivery driver refused to bring my kebab to my door, when he eventually did, he stamped on it and threw it at my girlfriend because he had to walk up a flight of stairs. I complained to the shop and 10mins later the driver called me back, threatening me and telling me he knows where i live. Absolute madness, would not recommend!
