Visiting from California and my mom wanted to get our nails done, called and got an appointment the same day and I LOVE how our nails turned out, the owners are super gentle and detailed while working on you and have a sense of humor as well! Will most definitely be my go to nail shop every time i’m in Medford! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got an appointment made for the same day I called, and for a full set of solar nails it only took 1 hour! The owners are extremely friendly, and made sure I was happy with my nails through each step, and they turned out amazing! I got so many compliments on my nails at work :)
This place is great! It was husband and wife, been doing nails for 35+ years. We called Saturday morning and asked for 3 pedicures and they got us in right away. They were very nice, didn’t rush and did a great job. Will definitely be back!
This is the best nail shop in Oregon. Holly and Tony are talented professionals who know their stuff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were excellent. The atmosphere was pleasing. They don’t just perform beauty services here they offer a pleasing experience for their customers! I love there no rush attitude. They give each customer their full and dedicated attention and really take the time to understand exactly what outcome you’re looking for. And they put the work and the time in into bringing your vision to reality. I can’t say enough great things about these people and this business. Someone recommended it to me and now that I’ve been once I’ll never go anywhere else!!! Other nail salons I’ve visited felt like I was being pushed through an assembly line. That’s One of the many things that sets this nail shop apart these people really take the time to make you feel welcome and to give you a great experience and an amazing outcome! I like fun vibrant patterns and nail polishes and they had several to choose from
I liked my nails at first. Paid $68 for a full set (tipped $12 so actually $80) five days ago and I’ve lost one nail and two others are peeling. Got roped into buying “solar nails” only to find out that they’re no different than regular acrylic. I had to ask for two nails to get more on them before getting the gel polish done because they were so incredibly thin that they were bending just from touching my phone. The lack of nail prep was awful. There was no pushing back cuticles, no buffing aside from one pass with the drill, no cuticle oil afterward. Nothing. They just put the nail on and tried to call it a day. They did not use a base coat for the gel polish and it is peeling as well, gel polish is supposed to last weeks before peeling. The nail art was cute but not the best, but she tried her best for that. As I’m typing this I can predict that two of my nails are going to peel off like my pinky did. The nail did not break, it literally just fell off completely because they were so poorly done. The actual place itself has the worst sound ever when you open the door. The salon looks fine but could use a good deep clean. Honestly this isn’t the worst place EVER but I’d definitely go to a salon with much better nail prep, you aren’t getting what you pay for here.
I originally came in for a french set of acrylics for the holidays. When she showed me how they looked and i stated (nicely) it was not at ALL what I had asked for, I was met with a rude attitude and scolding - even though the work she did simply looked like she didn’t try. So I had to settle for a solid color nail. The man working was very delightful and friendly, however, I won’t be coming back
Today my partner went into Medford Nails and had acrylic nails applied and then painted, the husband started her out by applying the acrylic nails and he did a great job, then here comes the issue, then his wife took over and painted them, she didn’t handle the nails good at all, didn’t apply cuticle oil so the skin around the nails look terrible, and the gel topcoat she applied begins to yellow as it dried which is a clear sign that they are using a cheap gel product. (See White & blue snow flake picture) She ended up paying $70 to Medford Nails which included a tip (she said it was for the husbands great work on applying and shaping the acrylic nails, not for wife’s terrible service) my partner does not like conflict so she paid and left. And she drove to Ashland Nail & Spa and had her nails repainted and you can see the difference because they added nail oil (see 2nd pic of see thru nail paint job, stark difference in quality). She headed home and told me her story, I was upset and called Medford Nails and asked to speak to the owner and the lady that answered was the wife who did my partners nails and I asked what their process was for customers who where unsatisfied. She told me she wouldn’t talk to me about it she would only talk to my partner. Convenient. So here’s our response to that among other steps.
