Had a good experience here, first time and had no issue. You can tell them exactly what you want. Overall I recommend and here is my before/ after pic. S tier place here!

Light clean up, respected my like of thick brows.

Ok so me and my husband came to pick up my mother in law FROM PALMDALE and we were shopping across the street, when the hubby said look u wanna try out that eyebrow place across the street since they messed up ur brows at that other place . So I was like idk man buuuuuuut I did! Best decision ever . My eyebrow were "did" and she managed to make them look sharp! And gave them the shape I wanted!!! I'm in love definitely my new place . Who cares if it's 1hr away from home! I 100% recommend it.

They did a great job threading my eyebrows but the ladies were kind of rude and made me feel uncomfortable. They kept making faces and i felt like they were judging my mom and I. They rudely told my mom to leave a tip and when she left a 40% tip, they looked at eachother as if they wanted more. I didnt leave a tip because i didnt like their attitude and they looked at me like they were disgusted with me for not leaving a tip. Not to mention we got there before them so we sat and waited for about 10 minutes, Sorry not sorry. Im not coming back soon.

???? all the way!! Out of all the threading shops I’ve been to I was very satisfied with this lady!!! I did not ask for her name but she was an Indian lady I believe with a red dot on her forehead, long black hair, she was there on Jan/29 @ 10am. Anyway I can pay $10 every time I swear ???? loved my eyebrows. ????????????????

Unprofessional, they do a good job but ask you to leave more of a tip. When paying $6 and you leave a $3 tip that's 50%. I already feel I am over tipping and everytime they ask for more. Bring exact change, if you pay with a 20 they really beg. It makes you not want to return. Very uncomfortable feeling they give you.

This place was great when it just opened friendly employees great service, just went yesterday it was horrible rude workers, offered to do lip I said no she then started laughing n telling her employee that I said no to lip and that I definitely need it, of course she wasnt speaking in English. She wasnt good at threading kept snapping the thread, my eyebrows looked almost the same. Definitely no tip .. they talk too much in their language which is kinda wrong given they speak good English. They're really moody never ever going back
