Was disappointed today…when asked several of the owners about products in their store they said they don’t know about…on top of not knowing about any products they carry they followed me like a vulture all the way out the store. It was an very uncomfortable experience.

What is saw in the store is the reason I will not be patronizing this business again. I went to pickup a few needed items from the beauty supply and everything was fine. There was a mother shopping with her children. Her daughter was messing around and opened one of the lip glosses (the kind in the tube, with no wand). The owner saw it and got it from her. The owner then got a paper towel and started to clean the lip gloss tube off and then the inside of the top then proceeded to place it back on the shelf for sale. This is pure NASTY and very unsanitary. As easy as she did that she probably have done it before. I'm quite sure that a lost of one lip gloss wouldn't have broken their bank. This is an item that you use on your lips, and she just wiped it off, put the top back on it and put it back on the shelf to sale like it was ok. Be aware of what you buy from this place.

It's not bad. The longest wait is at the check-out counter. You have to stand there while the woman is on her cellphone talking, better yet gossiping about whatever. You and others are standing there waiting to check out PATIENTLY. We don't want to hear her gossiping about whatever. We want to get out of there. She got a little upset because she had to rise from her comfortable chair to see what was wrong with the card machine. WOW!

I do like going to this Beaty supply store. They have any and everything you can want for your beauty needs. The store is well lighted and clean. They play music which is cool while you shop. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because sometimes the girls at the counter are on their phones talking. Which I think being in customer service and particularly ringing people out you shouldn’t be on your phone. Or at least don’t talk while ringing people out. Other thank that this is a cool beauty supply. And they have the cutest head warmers for cooler weather.

Quality of hair products and the latest fashion trends here. They understand my wig needs from the lowest price to the highest, quality is the best. Plus have every idea one can think of and do to your hair. My hair is natural and long but thin. One trip to take care of all my hair care needs.

Mrs. Emma handled me and the customer before me very professionally, quickly identifying our needs and helping us, me especially so, as she guided me to a product. She also gave me her advise, and did all this while training a new employee who also did wonderful when ringing me out. Would recommend to anyone I know! Just Fantastic! Mrs. Emma deserves a Raise, I thought she owned the business the way I was handled with such care and how knowledgeable she was. 5/5!!!!!!!!

Had to get something real quick and stopped in here only to realize they have EVERYTHING I now love this store and it wasn't such a quick stop as I planned
