I’ve been fortunate enough to receive a haircut from Matt at Matt’s barber parlor and I must say he is a really nice guy who is passionate about his craft. His barbershop set up is really cool with the vintage posters and items. The haircut was great and I felt more than a customer. Check out this barbershop! Support your local businesses!
at first I thought paying $50 for a hot shave was kinda alot, but man is it worth it. From the decor of Matt's shop littered with pop references and the movies, books to read, video games to play and much more. The shave was fantastic, he was a great host that understood what I wanted from my shave. The a massage at the end, it was a true experience that I will be willing to pay for again and again. Thank you Matt, you have a customer for life.
Hold on, wait a minute, I'm about to put some love into it... This review that is. This is a haircut AND beard trim review! I've been looking for a Barber shop that can cut my hair at any length, long (as it was for this visit) to short (I watched a serious fade take shape just next to me) AND at the same time trim my beard the way I want it (yes I'm picky) and the crew (Zakk specifically) at Matts was the best I've found in 6 years here in Phoenix. I haven't even started on the environment, take your kids, get your hair cut, sit and chill while a fun movie plays while you wait. This gets my Hidden Gem award for this month no question!
I'm glad I took the time to get my haircut at this establishment. The staff was delightful and they executed my haircut wonderfully. The plethora of books movies and games are added bonus to this place. ????????
Dude what in the world is this? I showed you a picture of what I wanted(shown below) for $40? You know the other picture I got for only $25 and it's just perfect, maybe you should bring down the price to $20 if you're going to give cuts like this Matt. Last time I go over there. Pinky's Barbershop gives you unbiased cuts just like you like them, the only setback is you require appointments, but still worth it.
This is by far the best and most unique barber shop around. It’s the real deal. I switched to this place on the recommendation of a friend and never looked back. Matt takes his time with each customer and has created a super cool atmosphere. You have to check out this gem!

Nice little place, took my two young boys their for the first time today. Kids love all the cool stuff they have in there. I would recommend this barber shop, great job on their haircut.
