Is my first time coming one my friends recommended me to come here and the guys name is Joe who cut my hair. He did an amazing great job so I definitely recommend someone else to come here. The good pretty good job no doubt.. n
First and for most this review is in no way shape or form meant to bring down anyone at the shop. I am African American male and I decided to get my hair cut for a funeral that I was going to later in the day. 1st the barber didn’t seem to have any experience with my hair type as he cut my hair without picking it out first. Picking out the hair is essential when making sure the cut will come out even all around. 2nd the shape up was rushed and not precise in any matter. Lastly, the barber finished the cut without trimming my side burns and tapping up my non existent facial hair. Overall I could just tell that the barber was very confused as to how to cut my hair. He also charged me $40 for a $25 hair cut. Again, this is review is not meant to be bashful. The place looks great inside!
I'll start by saying I RARELY leave reviews, but Mastercut in Naperville is now the only place I get my hair cut. The moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly and professional. Alex took the time to explain how he cuts hair, and expertly used a straight razor on my neck, face, and sides of my head to make sure I had the tightest fade I could possibly get. I have NEVER had a bad haircut from this place and I cannot recommend it enough!
I started coming to this place someone recommend me to come & checkout Mastercut they do a great job. I always go there every time. & they do 100%. Great job They have a really good customer service I’m satisfied with their work very nice very polite. They always do a perfect job they Trim my beard & cut my haircuts & what ever I want them to get done. I sometimes. I don’t find the same person who cut my hair before. so I go who ever is there they do a really great job . I am really , picky who ever cuts my hair just had to write a review because everyone cut my hair Joe, & Omar & Alex, is the owner, cut my as well & Tom and & Moe & I’m every happy. I am very finicky about barbers, haven't been very happy lately, and Joe is officially my new barber. His attention to detail is excellent. No straggly hairs left on the side of the neck, and he even got that annoying fuzz inside the ears. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, sat right down and got an outstanding haircut. 5 stars all day.
The best barbershop my husband has ever gone to! I have taken my brother there as well and he loves it and his cut has always been 10/10. The service was amazing and the barbers are friendly! Definitely one hundred percent recommend this place!
These guys are the best. Friendliest people that really care about their customers.
Alex, Zorba, and the crew take care of me and my whole family. I drive 25 minutes to see them. Well worth it!
Wonderful haircut and beard trim I love that they use straight razors for cleaning up the lines takes time to clean up all the excess hair off of you when complete too will continue to use this business while I'm in the the area also love that it's first come first serve no appointments
