My first time coming and my last time coming. The lady was rude even I entered I wanted to look at the prices, I felt rushed. Then she was aggressively moving my hair out of the way. I got threading and tinted eyebrows. She removed the tint aggressive because she had other clients. My eyebrows are horrible HORRIBLE! I DIDNT WANT TO PAY...they should be honest if they do not know how to tint eyebrows ???? I will be scrubbing them off today I hope it comes out !! I have never been so disappointed in the service it didn't deserve a tip.

Everytime I come to MasterBrows I have an awesome experience. I have always left there 200% satisfied. Huge THANK YOU to Rosie for helping me feel beautiful this evening on what has been a trying weekend that seemed to have no brightness on the horizon- Rosie, you gave me many reasons to wear a smile tonight. First visit, fantastic!!

Second visit, not so good. The dye on my brow only lasted 2 days verses a week when I did it the first time with the other girl ( who comes back in November) and she charged me more the second time.

Overall they are nice women.

First come first serve. Great place! Very fast and accurate. I paid $22 including tip for brow and lip threading. I'll be back for sure!

Eyebrow threading is soo much better then waxing . I wish I switch earlier. I’m never disappointed and it’s always quick service. They last a lot longer and less painful then waxing . Best place to go to in the Hagerstown area .

Absolutely love coming here to get my eyebrows Threaded! This is the only place I come to get mine done! The lady is amazing and always does an amazing job!

Rosy is such a woderful perso, my daughter like her all the time, we need to come down here in hagerstown just to do her eye brows threading, she dont like anybody else except for rosy and i do too very professional keep up the good work rosy.
