This was our first time in a Dominican barbershop wasn't sure if the barbers were experienced in 4b hair.
We were impressed with not only the quality of the cut but the friendliness of the Barbers.

I been coming here for 6 years and I love the way Vianney Ann De Leon do my blowouts she is the best and also this the only place I will allow to do my hair period thank you so much and I will be there today when y’all open up So the Lady that Do my Hair is Named Vianney Ann De Leon her hands are a gift I been natural for 15 years and she knows how to do Black Aficsn American hair I LOVE IT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MAMA

For almost 5 years no I have been coming to Mass Flow for my haircuts. The barber staff is amazing. All of them and that is no exaggeration! I have had all of them cut my hair over the years but my go to guy is Carlos! Over the years he has never disappointed or given me a bad cut. I even asked him to cut multiple family members hair for my parents wedding and he showed up to our house and did fantastic!
I went here because i was a usual client, i went in with the intentions of getting my hair dyed/colored and blow dried and styled. Firstly I asked for pricing for my specific style and they said it was going to be between 170-190. And mind you my Curly hair is only around shoulder length and i had been natural for well over a year. I explained how i wanted it dyed and she did NOT understand the assignment at ALL. i felt like i had to show her what to do and how to dye it, then she didn't even style it how i asked. i asked for a middle part and she gave me a side part because she thought it looked better but i don't care because it was not on her head it was on mine. and on top of that she said she was clipping my ends and afterwards i realized it was more than my ends that she had clipped. and i had been on a healthy hair journey for a while and for her to make me bangs without my permission highly upset me. I will NOT be coming back here for their overpriced services.
