When using EBT they shouldn't charge 10% upcharge on the groceries!! ALL the meat we bought was frozen solid after thawing it was not the proper color of meat...

Unfriendly staff, produce is still out for sale even when it's rotten, same for milk, could use a good cleaning, prices are mostly reasonable, good meat deli, good deal when things are on sale. Manager is helpful and polite

Top value is the name of this place now. This place has finally lowered their prices. I enjoyed shopping there this go round. since Wal-Mart and dollar General been around finally top value seen its either lower price's or not business and now top value has my business
You have to visit this store! Even after you add the 10% at the register it is most of the time as cheap or cheaper than other stores. And what is really neat is that they have an .83 isle! Thats right just 83 ¢ isle! You might be surprised at what you can get. Check it out.
