I called on same day, it was a Sunday. I was happy they said come @ 1, we got there at 1, she didn't get in the chair till 345 i have three photos one is what i asked for one from the day and one from exactly a week later. I get my hair braided a lot because I work and can't get to the hair dresser unless I'm off. I Love how Mrs. Maria takes care of my hair. I had a couple of stylists that did my hair and it was gorgeous.

This a great place to visit. I meet Mrs. Maria a year ago and I just loved how she did my hair. I came from SC to PA for her to do my hair. Once she has finished my hair it lasted me for 3 months. Please give her a call you will not be disappointed good quality of work $160 for this hair style and hair is included with the price 5 hrs top of getting it done. See you the next time visit. Its been years since I last went here. I went today and I'm in love all over again. The staff is nice and friendly. I love the way my braids came out. I will definitely be back.

This place deserves no star ratings at all however one star will be suffice. I went to get my hair styled in knotless braids for $180. This picture is how they attempted to do the back which once I observed this I immediately told them that the parts were too big. They then in their native language starting yelling at each other and me which then made me very frustrated and I felt attacked. The lady that was braiding the back then told me that she would just take the braids out because it was nothing wrong with them and proceeded to cut the braids at any length. I asked them to stop cutting my hair and the volume in the shop increase substantially in their native language, it was obvious that they were upset with me. This made me completely uncomfortable with giving them my money or my time, they don't deserve it treating their customers this way. I asked them to please stop braiding my hair and cut it at the length I requested because I did not appreciate their unprofessionalism.

**They DO NOT WEAR MASK and were coughing obsessively in the facility.

Had to wait an hour and a half for my daughters hair to be started then another 45 minutes for mine. They were super loud. My hair took 8 hours (medium individuals) and I did not get what I asked for. ALL the women being serviced complained about how slowly the braiders were working. The woman who braided my hair tried her best but I didn't get what we agreed on. I won't be going back.

Showed a picture of the style I wanted. When I finished the size of the braids were very thin. They blamed me for not saying anything sooner, yet the braider never gave me a reason to check behind her work mid-way not did she encourage me to look before completing the job. The lack of accountability or option to make sure the customer was somewhat satisfied blows my mind. I will never step foot in this shop again.

Been going here for years, but had a bad experience this time. Braiders we’re constantly talking very loudly the whole time. Not enough focus on your hair. To much talking. No kinda consideration for the customer me. 3 people on my head at Once. My hair turned out nothing like the picture. Excuses began to be made. Like oh that’s not the right hair after they done finished braiding and realized they couldn’t do it right. I had to guide them to cut my hair right. I had to go home and try to fix my own hair, it’s still not how I wanted it. I won’t be back.

I would only recommend if you are getting simple styled braids. Very disappointed. I went back and they at least gave me all my money back so I appreciate that. They took the braids out to. Really surprised because I unusually have a good experience here.
