*NEW REVIEW*: My experience with a new hairdresser ended in a disappointing DISASTER that was no better than if I'd of done it myself.... I tried out a new hairdresser and my haircut was done okay but rushed and not even flat ironed. It was not a disaster so I booked to get my hair colored with the same lady as she said she had 14 years experience and was very familiar with vivid colors. She was nice and as I said the cut was okay. We discussed and exchanged pictures of the expected color job a week prior to the vist. This is where the compliments stop. The COLOR WASN'T ANYTHING LIKE the AGREED example picture. The colors were close to the right colors but the lack of professional technique and placement left me with an AT HOME DYE JOB look that I'm now stuck with for quite some time as bleach was used and these vivids need to fade ????. The idea to reverse the yellow made since as she explained it "for the color bleeding" I thought anyway. But it just looks like its not ever been colored and is just bleached all the way across the top after one wash. The black over top was intentional but I had to ask her to use a top color I believe she used purple to get the previously highlighted sections to match. The owner was unbelievably confrontational and rude when I came back to the salon as they had requested. I was eventually given the refund that was offered but she was EXTREMELY RUDE and INSULTING. She said my hair was too long and not like the woman in the example picture the stylist showed her one with short hair?? None of the pictures we looked at were of short hair. It was suggested my hair is too long for this type of coloring??? ???? I was very nice when I called the same day I had the color done to request either refund or for them to fix it. I felt rushed out of the salon when it was first done as her next client was already waiting there and she had already cut someone elses hair during my appointment. Included is the example picture and my results that look like a candy corn type strip all the way across the back underneath of my head ????

Tracy gave me an amazing perm! Got me in quick and was very nice to talk to. Always made sure I was doing ok.

Kaitlyn (I never got a proper spelling) was phenomenal!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job! I literally have never loved my hair more. She was so wonderful to talk to as well. The whole vibe and energy of the place was so positive and inviting. Ill definitely be going back!!

Fantastic place!! Brandy is AWESOME! Gave me the best hair cut I've ever had. She was patient and did exactly what I asked for. She is very patient, took her time to make sure it was done right. She is very nice and friendly as well!! Person at the front desk was very friendly. Never been to a friendlier salon!! I will not be going anywhere else.

Super friendly, helpful staff from the front desk to all of the stylists. Everyone makes you feel welcome. This is not a super fancy place, but it is clean, comfortable, and affordable. They have done great work on my daughter, my sister, my elderly Mom and me. I adore Laura, who is extremely patient and takes a lot of time to make sure I'm happy with my hair????

Brandy was very patient in getting my hair (particularly, my bangs) the way that I wanted them. I lean more towards a grungy, choppy, fringe bang... She kept the length in the rest of my hair and styled in some nice long layers. It was a pleasure to sit in her chair!

Early on in the process Mary, the owner, came over and cordially greeted me as a new customer-- overall a very pleasant group of ladies- I will definitely be bringing my business back to Mane Attractions in the future :-)

I did not have the best experience with one of their newer stylists. I had 3 appointments. She did not seem to remember from time to time what I was doing with my cut and color. Maybe if she made notes? However, the owner was very willing to "make it right." No fault of hers. With a different stylist, perhaps I would not have run into these problems.

Today
