My son and I walked into today without an appointment thinking we were going to be there a while but were serviced within minutes of sitting down. Tina ended up cutting my hair and she made my experience the best I’ve had at a barber. She was very professional and friendly and gave me the best haircut. I definitely recommend Tina and can’t wait to see her the next time.
I had used this place two years ago, and was pleased. This time was horrible. Not one person greeted me. There was no communication at all. It was packed and patrons just were expected to dive into an empty chair and keep tabs on who was next. They've made it where nobody has any responsibility and no customer service is offered. Kind of a moot point that there are probably great barbers in there.
Terri D. at ManCave gave me an excellent haircut. She was really professional and made sure everything was even during my cut. She also made sure I was satisfied before I left. Only complaint I have is that the owner needs to fix or replace the A/C. Really did not like the fact that my Terri D. Was having to deal with me profusely sweating while she was cutting my hair. Definitely would recommend this barbershop. Just hope the A/C gets fixed soon. Can't imagine I am the only client with this complaint.
I finally got to go to The man Cave .Sounds cool , nice decor inside … but what a terrible experience.. rude people.. musical chaos ( regeton on the cell phone trying to cover the store music … my face is irritated and my beard is not trimmed evenly… and then at the end the custom tip is like 31% after a $42 charge / seriously Never again. I will do it myself ..
I see Christina for haircut and shave regularly. I have to give her 5 stars. Super nice and very talented. Definitely recommend her!
My brother went there for his haircut yesterday around 5pm, and got the girl barber, and this is what he walked out with. Luckily I’m a cosmetologist, so I fixed it, but this should NEVER happen. He expressed multiple times that he wasn’t happy with the way it was, he was specific about what he wanted, and the girl cutting his hair rushed through it because the shop was closing. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, she tried to make an excuse about “not having the tools to get it to the skin”? Then why are you working at at barber shop if you don’t have the necessary tools for a basic skin fade? This is the WORST haircut he’s ever gotten. I don’t know how any of the barbers working yesterday, could let him leave with a haircut like that.
Very VERY happy. Best haircut I’ve gotten since moving here.
Nice atmosphere...the staff who rent chairs are the best. Terri, is my choice to cut my hair and trim my beard. Prices here are great too. Walk ins are definitely welcome!
