Scheduling was convenient, flexible and timely. Kevin, the service tech was friendly, held integrity, was communicative about the system function, repair details and reviewed upkeep recommendations. The crew worked as a team on BOTH their birthdays! Service prices were graded and realistic. Highly recommend and will recurrently utilize this company. Riverside plumbing made me the recommendation for this septic system repair. Thank you.

Everyone was helpful from start to finish. Pumping the septic tank was the original problem but when the lid broke (from age not any fault of the technician Mark, who was great) they jumped right on it. Got it all replaced quickly by sending up a second crew. When they finished they put everything back like they found it, including raking all the mulch back on place. I hope I don’t have to call them again anytime soon but they are definitely in my contacts for any future service.
My grandparents had issues with the plumbing in their shower. I called these guys and they were on time! They provided great service and wasn’t really expensive. I also liked because they had integrity. Thanks Andy and Tyler for your hard work and diligence!! We will call in the future when there’s more work to be done.
Rooter Man is the best I have ever experienced. I am a retired home builder and have used so many tradespeople over the years .. Rooter Man beats them all. Their service reminds me of the way it used to be....Courteous, on time, polite and fair. This was a big job with outside excavation and inside, complicated plumbing. Thanks for the service!
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism & attention to detail that I observed throughout my entire experience with Rooter-Man. Jessie was super helpful in getting me scheduled & following up throughout. Bill took the time to listen to the issues I was having & thoroughly investigated the cause. I had an unusual situation & the staff went above and beyond to take care of the issue and keep me updated. The next time I need a plumber I will definitely give them a call!

My mother & I found ourselves in need of a septic tank pumping after a very bad weekend of septic issues and I called Rooter Man. I spoke with Angela and explained what I needed and asked a price quote & after asking a few questions was told they could actually come to our home that very afternoon!
They sent me a photo of the tech which would be coming which was important to me to be aware of who would be showing up on our property.
Randy, the tech they sent was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job and I was very comfortable interacting with him.
I would highly recommend this company to Anyone & would ???? if needed call them.
I had to call on a Saturday morning for help with a clogged sewer line. Tech showed up quickly and began his investigation. He found another issue while tending to the main issue and fixed it. Main issue is roots in the main sewer line. This is definitely an issue that will require much more extensive work in the future, but he was able to get us temporarily fixed. Very professional and hard working. I didn’t call around for quotes, but the price of work done plus it being a Saturday call was very fair.
