I loooove my braids. I called them on a Friday because my hair braided cancelled on me. They agreed to do my hair after 5pm. Two young ladies did my hair and it was beautiful!!! I will be going back!!!!

These ladies are awesome. No too many people have the skill to braid my curly frizzy hair. But my braids looks great❤️‍????

Made an appointment and when I arrived there were 7 individuals sitting waiting to be braided at my time of service. Needless to say I was told "No you can't be braided today" after taking down my hair on a Sunday Morning for my upcoming vacation. No apologies, no can you come later. Just No bring braided.

My first time getting braids and I loved them. Received so many compliments I plan on keeping them for summer. Lovely shop and ladies make you feel so welcome. Very fair pricing and owner is so gracious and kinsh

I was in and out in 4 hours. My braids were beautiful

I should have known better, but I foolishly believed the owner's lies when she said there would be a braider ready to start my daughter's hair when we arrived. I never knew who was going to do her hair. The owner snuck out and left for an hour and a half, came back, and asked me to pay her 25% more than what she quoted me for the style, when my daughter's hair was only half done. She then proceeded to tell me that I never had an appointment because they can only handle walk-ins. But she could not say that when I made the "non-appointment"? Or let me know it was a 2 HOUR wait on a school night? The braider who actually did my daughter's hair could care less about it and actually snapped at me when she demanded to know how to part her hair. 1) WASTE OF TIME 2) DISRESPECTFUL/ UNAPOLOGETIC about time wasted. 3) NO PRIDE IN THE WORK 4) OVERCHARGES & CASH ONLY. 5) Unpleasant Atmosphere (no toilet paper in the not so clean restroom, no childcare for the two babies who of course wanted more attention than their working moms could give them, loud talking across the room that customers could not understand) And after all of that, my daughter didn't like how her hair turned out. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible service. They are more concerned with money than the quality of service they provide. If your hope is to still have edges when you take the braids out stay away!!!! I was patient even though it took them almost 12 hours to do my hair. She scheduled me at 8 and when I got there she didn't have my color. Asked me to come back at 9 which I did and still didn't have my hair. they didn't get to me until 10:25. I should have left but no where else was available, and it was my birthday.

The owner is a wonderful person. But however we were here before they were even opened but for some reason my daughter was the last one to get in the chair . They need to take people in the order they come in if there "first come first serve " basis. And on top of all things 1 of the ladies were rude about it when I asked her what was going on
