I'm all for supporting our black Owned businesses.
But at Majestic beauty supply the owner treats her employees.
Like children she talked to them in a Vary Disrespectful manner
She Use profanity towards her employee's. AND IF you have children. And you work for this lady?
And your kids get sick.
She will let you go if your car breakdown She will let you go.
She won't make any other Accommodations. or arrangements with you to get to work.
She's very disrespectful and evil.
We need to support our black young women. That's trying to go to work and take care of their families.
This woman. only cares about herself.
If there was a business that ever needed to go out of business it would be. This one Majestic beauty supply.
In Victorville.
Majestic is a straight forward no nonsense beauty supply store... like Sally's times 5... but a little more hood rich.
The deals are fair and the Cantu comes through.... so many products to shop from.
They have a ton of space to play with but a lot of the shelves aren't full.
They car a variety of beautiful wigs and accessories.
Amazing specials on most items in the store including shampoo, hair oils, conditioners of all kinds, gel, etc.
The parking is bountiful like the variety of supplies sold here.
The service is service.
Had what I needed, but the worst disposition ever!!. The young ladies working that day are passive aggressive. Customer Service horrible! Please hire new employees. They don't care. Only there to collect a paycheck. Service stinks and personality stinks!!
I use too luv this beauty supply! Variety of products but always lacking ponytails and braiding hair, Definitely wanting to support a black owned business. I feel the business took advantage of being the largest beauty supply in the HD. This caused a change of attitude in the staff. I have experienced rudeness but I’ve also had pretty good experiences with ladies who were knowledgeable and helpful.
However, I had my disappointing experiences. NOT happy about the new beauty supply because it’s NOT black owned! It’s a shame so many of us will use the other spot because they do have everything but I HOPE THE STORES BOUNCES BACK AND LEARNS A VALUABLE LESSON because there were many to learn. We do need to SUPPORT OUR BLACK BUSINESS!
I wish I would've grabbed the gals name when I was there. She was soooo nice, professional but welcoming and her service skills are top notch. I didn't need too much so I was able to ask her where one thing was and when I browsed she didn't crowd me or try to upsell me. As an online marketer I know how pertinent customer service is to any business. If I still had my brick and mortar business (offline) I have to admit I would've tried to steal her????

They are SUPER unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE ! They are rude to customers they talk about you after you leave . The boss don’t get me started with her, she talks about you, she has no good customer service skills, and they almost barely have products . They belittle the staff and over work us for no reason at all. It’s a beauty supply not Amazon warehouse . Overall worse experience ever .
