Racist and very disrespectful to their black customers. They loudly call their customers fat, bald headed, ugly, etc. They make fun of the violence plaguing our cities, racism in America and any other thing they can say to degrade their brown customers. Once I was halfway through my refill, he started to tell me how big I was and how manly my hands are. I overheard his coworker telling his client that she was too fat for her seat and she would have to pay for the chair if it broke. They literally point out, attack and make fun of every imperfection their black customers have. DO NOT GIVE THESE RACISTS YOUR MONEY!!!!! I went twice and will never, ever go back. Their prices are lower than every other salon, but your dignity and self respect is worth way more than the few dollars that you will save here. Dont give them the benefit of the doubt. Don't allow them to operate in our neighborhood while mocking us in our faces. Worst nail salon in the tri state area. Go anywhere else but here!!!
Love the Twins and their trash talk. The younger girl, pedicurist she is always great and polite. Its nice and fun environment, different from other uptight nail salons. I enjoy always coming there.
Foo was delicious I had hot roast beef with mushroom gravy and sharp provolone cheese And my fiancé had a Italian hoagie and he loved it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
They were very busy, which is to be expected on a Saturday…but everyone was constantly working. Today was my first time going and I definitely understand why they have the traffic they do. Once I sat down it was such a fast process and my nails are fabulous!! I’ll definitely be going back
They are very unprofessional and don’t know what to say to their customers. I went in to get a refill on my natural overlay, I asked can he file my Nail a little on the sides because it was thick and he decided to give me stilettos nails without my permission causing to have to cut all my natural long nails short because I didn’t with that style. I’m not young and neither was I going to wedding so there was no need for no stiletto nails. They need to o more listening to customers instead fooling around.
Great work HOWEVER very rude and unprofessional. Nasty attitudes. The twin that does the lashes is THEE WORST!! VERY NASTY AND RUDE MEN. They need to update the shop and let their work speak for itself. UNPROFESSIONAL
I once got an overlay gel manicure on my real nails. One of the gels popped off the very next day. I went back and asked for a repair that day, and the same nail tech who did my nails wanted to charge me ten dollars to repair one nail. I think she was the store owner I was a recurring customer for months before that. I never returned after I experienced how they treat their loyal tipping customers. Especially after mediocre work. It was my first gel manicure and last time ever using a nail salon Because of them I now do my nails at home.
I love this nail salon. They do great work. They get crowded fast. The twins talk trash.
