I scheduled 3 pedicures and we only had to wait like 5 minutes and they did a great job. We will definitely go back. They were very nice and professional. The place was clean, they treated us very well and they have multiple polish colors to pick from. I would definitely recommend going here.
Will never go back again. I asked for a fill and my nails are chunky, uneven, crooked, not the shape I asked for and look like they were done by a 10 year old. The polish has spots that don't even cover the nail. I asked several times to have things fixed and to have a different color but was told no they didn't have time to fix their mistakes. Absolutely awful. Would give less than 1 star if I was able to.
I love Tracy and Solomon. They are so personable and treat me just like family. Solomon is big on customer service and always willing to take his time and put effort in his work. I would recommend this shop to anyone. And Ms Tracy always have it so clean and pretty inside the shop.
I had a scheduled appt w/ Traci. Nice lady, but... I waited 20 min to get started and then she did 2 other people’s nails during my appt, a full set took a little over 2 hours. They looked terrible, different sizes, 3 were crooked, some thick and bulky, the polish job was awful and I had glue all over the sides of my fingernail/cuticles, not to mention the nicks around my nails were an unwanted takeaway. Over all, great experience, lol! Won’t be going back. ????
TERRIBLE WORK! DO NOT GO TO THEM TO GET DESIGNS ON YOUR NAILS!!! but nice people and I hate to give them such a low star but the lady who owns the nail shop did my nails and they look horrible. My nails weren’t the same length, didn’t have any of the colors that I wanted from the nail samples. My nails that the lady replaced are very bulky and not shaped correctly! They had a little boy in there that kept bumping the chairs and ran all over the nail shop. They do not know how to do designs, they will say they know how but you WILL NOT get what you ask for. Again nice people but terrible work!
I try not to be a negative reviewer. And I’ve been to this place several times with no problem. But today was a different story.
I had an appointment set for 10 and ended up waiting until after 10:30 because the woman who set my appointment was late. She finally set me down in the pedicure chair and started the water. But it was cold and the tub almost overflowed because she was up doing other things. She cut and filed my nails and used the scrub on my legs but did nothing with the bottom of my feet or callouses, only working on one when I asked her too. She also didn’t use the color I asked for, instead using a much brighter pink than I wanted.
Onto the full set I got. It felt like she rushed through it, nicking my skin three different times while buffing the nails. She also didn’t ask for the shape I wanted. Looking at them now that they’re done and set with top coat, there is definitely bumps underneath a layer of polish.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with this visit. I know it’s almost a holiday and they were bound to be busy. But I made an appointment and still felt like I was rushed through. I’m not happy with either service and will not be going back.
Love coming here! Tiffany does my nails and she's great love talking to her we have great conversations and the time flies by! Great prices..Everytime I make an appointment they are never late I get seen as soon as I walk in the door!
I absolutely love Solomon here. He's amazing we talk cars and I get to relax. I work on cars and he's the only one who's made my nails not break after a week. His mom is amazing too.
