I saw some bad reviews but still I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt….2 hours later and they still haven’t finished my feet…I have mostly been sitting around waiting. The staff is horrible and rude, all of them on their phones not getting any work done on their clients. Very badly organized, you get nails done with one person then sit and wait for about 45 minutes to get feet done with someone else. It is also very expensive for the unprofessional work that is fine. Oh!! And the equipment used is old and rusted and dirty !!! I was afraid when I saw that and my sister that was also there walked out after seeing the rusted nail clippers ! Never again
It's beautiful, comfortable and a great place to get unique nails. Of course, it's a lot of walk-ins, so first come, first serve. I came in on a busy Saturday and someone immediately took me in. I've come here multiple times for special occasions and I haven't had a bad experience. I love them because they have stuff others don't, they have color changing nails, chrome, and matte colors! There are ladies who know English and Spanish, you just have to ask. It's so very clean.
Loved it! Great atmosphere ,friendly staff and came out a happy customer! Definitely will be going back ! They even had patience and did my baby girls nails too! A little pointer ladies , when getting our nails done , lets remember that these ladies all have a part and specific job while at the salon ,So lets not assume there not doing anything and get upset .A few pointers , be understanding,patience and. Just simply ask !!! Keep smiling ! I am & so is my baby girl with her sparkling nails ????

I went to take off my nails and get a nail polish and they didn’t prepare my nails and the nails have bumps and don’t look good at all. They look horrible and they took 1:45 minutes. They don’t disinfect equipment either. They need disinfecting machines for cutting nails . I was disappointed ???? I don’t recommend this establishment. I really hope they buy some machines to disinfect equipment they plan to cut your nails with because they are making people to get an infection or bacteria ????… they use the same instruments for every client.
Literally don’t waste your time here anymore. I came here since they practically opened my go to place, but wow has this place just lost its value. Yesenia or whatever her name may be spends the whole time talking. Not just her everyone. They’re cussing back and forth, talking so loudly across the salon to one another. Stop in the middle of doing my nails to start talking and figuring out plans or just gossiping right in front if you. Couldn’t do my nails just to talk about the “gift exchange”. They try rounding out your total with tip included like girl no. Last time I went I asked for the color black and the girl sat down and painted my whole nails black while I had a design on hand that I wanted but she was too busy talking she didn’t even ask me what I wanted. She heard black and painted them black. Seriously don’t waste your money you won’t get the service nor quality.
I’ve been a customer for as long as they have opened their business and I feel very disappointed because they refuse to give me service just because I posted my honest review on their customer service how bad they have been to me and my family. There has been times I’m waiting for 3 hours and then they tell me they can’t take me because they are closing already and it’s very frustrating. Times where I’m waiting for my service and then I see them pass people that come after me and I just wait. Never did I do anything to harm them or refused payment or anything and they have the audacity to say they will no longer service me… I don’t think it was a good reason for them to deny service to me just because I posted they close at 8 but stop taking people at 5 . I never told them things about their job all I said is I’ve had bad experience with customer service it was for them to change their way but I guess they rather lose their clients than change their customer service.
Buenos precios. Buen servicio. Good prices. Good service.
