Called asking if I can do a refund for a products I bought a day before, I had accidentally thrown my receipt, employee told me no refunds unless I had the receipt, I ended up going through the trash and finding my receipt, I came in the store tried getting my refund for two of the products that didn’t work, I had my receipt and they said they don’t do refunds just store credit, only got store credit for one and not the other because it was open, both of the products were open so it made no sense why one was eligible but the other wasn’t, won’t be shopping here ever again, refund policy is trash, employees and products are horrible!

I recently purchased some alleged “human” hair for almost 300$ and the hair feels like plastic and I’ve only worn it for about a week, I have not put any heat on it and I spray it with leave in conditioner. I’ve had synthetic hair better than this, I honestly think they sold me fake hair and told me it was human hair. Never going back.
It was my first time walking into this store and last. The girl was super rude to me and I was being extremely nice since the moment I walked in and she kept being rude so I walk out of this store. So disappointed because i was so excited to go to this place because I went going based on the nice views I saw here and it was the opposite.
