Normally I wouldn't drive so far, but my tech I have gone to for years is working here now. However, due to her being on vacation, another tech did my nails, and I can say for certain she was Fantastic! She made them shaped exactly how I like, and matched my color and design picture almost perfectly! I will return to her, or my other tech! They are well worth the hour drive!
This was by far the worst place I been too.
When I got there and stated what I wanted they try to talk me into something else. I said no my nail tech was very aggressive she even made my finger bleed . The nails I got was nothing to what I asked and it’s only been a few days and two already broke . I wouldn’t recommend no one to go waste money there .
Whoever said if they could give a zero, I AGREE. Just to start, she took my acrylic off my thumb, didn't cut my actual nail down and didn’t put a new tip on so it’s just bound to break.This lady threw my hands around, filed too rough, scoffed at me when she filed them the wrong shape and literally said “well you should have told me” when I did. Put the wrong color on for the base of French, and when I asked for the right one she threw her little fit again. Showed me more colors (I was getting a colorful French tip) she brought out the wrong color again 2 more times, and said the colors on display are old and do not match. When I finally got her to bring out the right color, she painted my tips and completely missed half of the tip and I had to ask her to actually fill it in, which looked to be too much to ask for. And had to do this 4 more times. Needless to say, I did not tip and will not be returning.
Edit- after further inspection of my nails, there seems to be a piece of black hair set with the acrylic, I'm blonde. Gross.
I had another nail salon totally messed up my nails I mean horribly messed up my nails I thought I was going to have to take them all off when I just had a new set put on but I went here and the owner was amazing she took her time she fixed them and they came out amazing totally amazing I definitely found a new place to get my nails done thank you so much lynails
The pics says it all, rushed/uneven filing/ lumpy gel and still had to pay full priced sadly. If you wanna get your toes painted here maybe they’ll do a good job but it’s kinda pushing it at this point. A woman before me was complaining already at the service and for the girl not painting nails right and I should have seen that as a warning before wasting money.
My lady friend visited here for a holiday nail theme. A nail painter woman colored her nails red and green for Christmas... however, in the order that this woman applied the polish to my girls fingernails the polish began to fall off wholly in that order..i.e. pointer finger, middle finger, ring finger,, etc...right hand first...unsatisfactory on your part L Y Nails. Perhaps I can suggest changing your businesses name to, We Lie about nails....
Actually the most terrible experience. I never write reviews but wow. The people were rude to start and the man doing my nails was going as fast as he possibly could when it was not crowded. My nails came out unbelievably crooked, the polish is splotchy, literally anything wrong that could be wrong. The place was so messy/dirty and seemed overall very unsanitary. It was overpriced, they didn’t want to do any design and said it would be an extra $15 for a simple flower. Don’t waste your money or time here.
If I could give it no stars I would. Saying this is absolutely the worse place I’ve ever gotten my nails done ???? is an understatement. I got both an ANC manicure and pedicure. Never have I had my toe polish start to chip after a day. On my manicure there were nicks and chips before the week was over. Overall just terrible work. My second and last time there. Which is too bad because I’m here on business all summer and this is the closest place to where I’m staying. Guess I’ll try the other nail salon at this mall. Keeping my fingers crossed ????
