Not only did the lady(Tina) not listen to what I wanted she did not look at the picture I wanted. She acted like doing my nails was so inconvenient for her. She tried to tell me what I wanted was ugly and that I should do it a different way. She was speak Vietnamese under breathe when I said her to put a cluster of gems on my ring finger. She did not care and did not talk to me at all. I tried to start a convo and she ignored. These nails were for my wedding. It has only been a week and they are chipping as they grow out and one already broke. I have never been so disappointed in nails before in my life. These nails are suppose to be the best thing for the best day of my life.

Great nail salon. Definitely recommend the organic pedicure. They have a few scents to choose from to soak your feet in. Very relaxing.

Use to love this place. Since Covid all they are about is up selling. They pressure everyone into getting things they don’t want even though you specifically tell them what you want. They don’t pay attention to details and are very aggressive with your hands. Tracy(owner) did my nails and was very very aggressive. Cut and burned almost every single one of my fingers. There’s also paint all on the side of my nails and underneath him I completely rough. I will no longer be taking my business here.

If anyone is very interested, M&D Nails in Wentzville is THE best. The price is always the same unlike luxury nails. And Leo the owner is fantastic. All the staff there are very delicate and pay very close details to your nails.

Tried going to another salon in town. They were too thick. And 2 fell off within a week. This salon was a totally different experience. My nails look beautiful! They were very nice. Good day!

Since when do nail salons forcefully yank and rip your last set off instead of soaking them off because it “takes too much time” and they don’t “do that here” ???? you could literally let someone soak their nails and still work on others while they’re soaking and then when a client says it’s painful they tell you to “toughen up” this place should be closed down!

Very very very dirty place. I felt I could get a disease in this place.

I had acrylic nails and it was really good then a different person gave me a pedi and the person was rude to me a few times . I even sad to someone seating next to me how they looked angry at me. It was uncomfortable. I would still go back there if a deep detailed cleaning took place . It was filthy

I went to get acrylics done, nothing too extravagant, one solid color. I was seated with a nail artist, Tina I believe. Anywho, at first it was fine and nothing was out of the ordinary, but she began to get very upset with my hand positions. She would tug on my hand and pull it, which at first I was fine with but it started to hurt. She literally grunted at me when my hand wasn’t in the position she wanted, and she also cut up about every single cuticle on my hands. To top it all off, she repeatedly kept telling me that I needed my eyebrows waxed in a rude way lol.

My nails are naturally very long, I had cracked my thumb & this place had been fixing it for almost 8 months( yes I paid), I went back about every 3 weeks for the same thing, all of a sudden one of the guys had no idea how to fix it, after waiting 25 minutes for someone I decided to walk out. Fast forward to today, I went back in to have it fixed and the same guy said they could not fix it & just cut it off, I ended up leaving again & went right down the road and they fixed it right up, Never again will I go here.
