I am BEYOND impressed with this salon. I have been to soo many different places and always leave unhappy with my nails because they claim they can do something that they can’t. Tracey at Luxury Nails is AMAZING!! I showed her 2 picture I found on Google and asked her to combine them and she understood the assignment!!!! They look amazing! I am so happy! Before she applied the acrylic she even asked how I like my acrylic applied and how thick I wanted it! It was also storming this day and the power went out BUT everyone in the salon still continued to work on nails, offer drinks and do an amazing job! 10/10 recommended ✨ I will be back in 2 weeks ☺️
So, I have never had my nails done with gel before and I really wanted to try it out for my birthday, because it looks fun and cute. I decided to come here because my friend recommended it and all of the review pictures look great! But I don't know what happened. I asked for short black stiletto nails, and I was really disappointed with the end result. Because every single finger nail looks completely different from the next, some are longer and shorter and all of them have a completely different point on them. The nail tech also added glitter to the black, which I never asked for. I don't mind it, but I really just wanted classic black. Also somehow, some of my nails don't have enough color on them and you can see through them. It's hard to tell in the pictures but the painting job is not good. And I'm pretty sure my pinky nail is not supposed to be pointing upwards. The lady I got was younger and had glasses that kept falling off, but I never got her name. I'm sorry to say this but, I wish I had someone else that knew what they were doing so I could appreciate my first ever nail experience, and so I could have left a satisfying review! I really feel bad giving this place less than a 5 star review because everyone else's nails looked beautiful and the customer service was great! But I was just expecting to come out of there in love with my first set of nails and I'm not.
I moved down here 4 mths ago and since then I have been to numerous places. I found this “hole in the wall place” and it’s is nothing shy from amazing! I love the employees! Very talented and well-rounded staff! Tracey is my favorite! I am picky about my nails and who touches them. Pictures of my real nails, two separate occasions. Both sets done by Tracey! ????????
This place popped up on google and I decided to give it a chance and I’m so glad I did! Everyone is super friendly and my nails turned out better than expected! They have everything you need to do any design you want and take walk ins!
The service was absolutely amazing. My mother and I went here for mother's day and we were both very satisfied with the service.
However, the reason I give a low rating is because of the abuse of the fish kept in the tank. There are about 13 large fish crammed into a ~50 gallon tank. As a result of having no room they are constantly fighting each other. During the hour or two I spend here I watched them lunge at each other at least 50+ times.
Particularly the two white fishes, I have no knowledge of their variety but the larger one was absolutely beating up the smaller one, to the point that the smaller one had chunks bitten out of him. The smaller one was constantly in corners, trying to get away from the larger one but as there's no space it either got rammed into, bitten, or slammed into the side of the tank. The saddest part was our nail tech was 100% aware that they were fighting but they didn't seem to care.
From the bottom of my heart please fix this, I would like to come back again as the service was amazing but it broke my heart seeing the neglect of these guys. Those animals are reliant on your care, please either rehome them, separate them, get a bigger tank, or anything else to give them proper care.
Nails were ripped off with another nail . I asked for a soak off . My nail beds and cuticles were throbbing . Nails are still very thin and it has been almost two weeks . I had to pay the full price of $15 even though I did not get what I asked for . THERE IS NOTHING “Luxury” about this nail salon . Ps: I am a licensed cosmetologist
The quality of the service is good but when you make a 6pm appointment on a Tuesday evening you don't expect to have to sit for over a hour before you can be serviced. Finally left at 7:20pm after being tired of waiting. Unacceptable and no excuses. Appointments should be honored and start within a reasonable amount of time or tell the client ahead of time that you're busy and offer a different time that works for EVERYONE.
Tracy does an amazing job on my nails every time. Bring her any nail design and she can do it! I love all the gemstone designs she has done for me and I recommend her to all my friends.
Tommy does my pedicures and he is so sweet and always does an amazing job! I love getting my nails done at Luxury Nails!
