The nail tech was unable to do the design I requested. They were just squiggly lines. If you look closely at the pinky you can see how there is still dark purple from the nail tech attempting to do the design. Every nail salon I have been to, and there have been many, have cut my nails to prep my nails. This nail salon did not. The nails began to show growth within the week which is usually because of the prep, or lack thereof. The nail application was not well done either. It looks very splotchy. The nail tech took $5 off for not being able to do the design. It still ended up being the full price because of the tip. I would not recommend this nail salon if you want to do something more inline with current trends. The employees were nice, of course, but that is not what is being reviewed here.
People are great.... Didn't like my nails to much tho...they rush through me I understand y'all have other customers waiting but whn it my turn don't rush ... I want my money's worth

I have been to luxury nails several times now. Not once have I seen them reuse equipment! Every time they do a service for me the equipment they use is new and in the sterile packaging. Everyone there is super nice and remember you each time. They have great customer service and make it as comfortable as possible while you are there. I highly recommend Luxury nails for all your pampering needs!!
Very disappointed rushed threw my nails and 2 diffrent people doing them off and on. My nails 3 of them are horribly cut crucked my original nail on my middle finger is still showing on the side and my design she kept turning her head and don't even have the center of the flower in the center and paid 55 and my friend went together she got same thing and only paid 43?? I was told this was the best place so I'm so disappointed
I have been driving over an hour for three years to this nail salon because of Kayla’s quality of work. I have used SNS on my nails for years and have never been able to find a nail tech that can make mine strong enough or have the quality of product that Kayla uses. My nails last more than three weeks between fills and have never chipped or broken. I will continue to use Kayla because of her great service, her quality work, and the fact that she does all of this and I’m in out of her salon in less than an hour! Even including soaking my nails! I refer all my friends and get compliments on my nails all the time. This is a family owned and ran business and I’m proud to keep my money local.
The first experience was great! The last four visits have been very unpleasant…… It looks and smells like a dumpster. There’s a motorcycle parked inside the spa as well. There are signs on the walls asking the customers not use their cell phones in order to maintain the spa experience; however, the loudest nail tech/owner is on FaceTime the entire time talking loud in her language. I will not be back as each visit has gotten worse…. Please clean up!
My nails were great. Not really happy with my pedicure. If Sam does the pedicures they are awesome but I'll wait until he's available next time. Love when Kayla does my nails
