So amazing! Very clean, and the staff is very thorough. They did a great job clearing an ingrown toenail, while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nails and toes look amazing and I absolutely love it. Did the magnetic gel polish to get that bright green accent across ???? will definitely be coming back to this place again!
I arrived at about 1:00 on Sunday afternoon. I was taken in right away. The technician was fast and efficient. I enjoyed the service and I love how my nails look.
The guy that did my nails was more interested in his phone than my nails. He stopped at least 5 times to tend to it. When he started my nails I told him I wanted a full set, almond shaped and and color. Half way he asked me again what shape and again I asked for almond. Nope they are square. No one showed me any color wheel. He did choose a good red. And just FYI your mask is to cover your mouth and nose not your chin like his did.
I came in on a Friday at 4:30. I got seated right away. Lady who did my pedicure was super nice. She did a great job. I will definitely be back =D
I didn’t like the set I got done and reached out to the salon and the manager to me to come in to fix it. I didn’t like the way the first person did my tips for the price. The person who did fixed them did a wonderful job and took his time. I am very pleased now.
I went in on the 30th of December as soon as I left my ring finger nail broke on both sides as I was washing my hair my pinky nail just broke they are super bent and disgusting there is bubbles everywhere I tried to tell the man what I wanted and he completely ignored me are used to love this place and I'm so sad it went downhill The dude also pulled my skin on my middle finger and he was so much more preoccupied with his phone and he was me both of my ring fingers were redone at a different location and just look at the difference.. he also got upset because I told him my nails were crooked and he said no they're not they're fine
Because I saw your comment I am going to reply here no I told the receptionist and she did nothing she just said oh I'm sorry then I went back and she was like well do you need them done today you can come next time and was very rude don't try to cover up for your mismanaged employees
Myself and my niece went and did a mani and a pedi. They don’t put the gel polish on right and file our nails inwards and gave my niece a ingrown and last night her foot was turning purple. She called and they said we never signed our names in the book but we sure as hell did. The last time we went they had my nails all crooked and bumping I went back and told them the owner the girl said are you sure you got them done here I said ya with the guy in the back and she said oh cause he don’t do fulls hmm your lying to get free nails. They are very unprofessional and don’t own up to their mistakes.
Worst experience. They let me walk out with nails not completely polished which I addressed several times with the tech. And pointed out to the management. There is purple gel all over my skin and after seeing this they still made me pay full price which would have been ok if they would have even offered to fix it! Worst customer service just a blank stare and silence. 10/10 would not recommend
