First time customer and I loved their service! Lily was so careful and sweet! She did an amazing job. John and everyone was sooo nice. Loved the atmosphere. So kind and inviting. I love nails! Would absolutely recommend Luxury Nails.

Love how my nails came out! I got them done at a different place first and they were horrible so I went to Luxury nails and they fixed them! They look great I won't go anywhere else.

Amy the nail tech is rude! Has very little talent when it comes to designs and never shapes my nails the way I want! I was a long time customer that was taken for granted! She's a Trump supporter and thinks she can treat minorities any way she wants! No more Amy! This is coffin shape!

Had a dip power mani & pedi the dip cracked while on vacation and the French mani turned yellow! 5 time my nail polish cracked! It not my fault they cracked it's the products or the nail tech! I've never received a discount or refund! On top of everything there's no heat/ AC or hot water!!!

I walked in there was three workers two were busy one was painting her toenails. I asked for a fill and she spoke Chinese to the other woman and said ohh we don’t have time and it was 4:30pm and they close at 7:30 and there was NOONE waiting.. horrible customer service

Cindy D is the best! Liquid gel manicure is top notch! Was going to a spa in Bridgewater but Luxury Nails is sooo much better. Friendly staff, don’t feel rushed, remember what you like. I highly recommend them✨????

I’m looking for a new person to have my dip powder, gel pedicure services so I have been going to local places to see if I can find the right place & person. Today - found them! Only 1 week ago, had a bad dip experience elsewhere and my nails were looking very sad, chipped, and broken. Went to Luxury Nails & Spa today, met Wendy, and she did a beautiful job. She went above & beyond with attention to detail, plus helping me fix 3 very broken & short nails. Everyone seemed very nice in the salon - plus it is clean and organized. Thank you so much for a great service!

I called to cancel appointment 22 hours before the service for an emergency and the owner John said he was going to charge me I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years I will no longer go there .
