What a nice experience! Was in town for a wedding and didn’t know where to go to get my nails done. The salon was the closest place to where I was staying. Walked in without an appointment and had no problem getting my nails done. Everyone who worked here was friendly and did a good job. Clean bathrooms.
SERVICE SUCKS: technicians do not listen to your requests, they do an unfinished job of cleaning up the nails and cut skin. Files nails all the way down and rush their work, worker had attitude when messing up my nails. -10/10
Very rude! Called to ask about wait, they informed no wait to come right in. Waited 30 minutes (no issue) Sat in the chair and two of them were extremely rude! I didn’t finish my set and walked right out.
I really enjoy going to Luxury Nails. I have gotten multiple acrylic sets, acrylic fills, and pedicures done. Each time my nails have been great quality, and have lasted a long time. The environment is clean and organized, and the staff are very kind!
Far from luxury nails, I had a reservation and sat in a pedicure chair for 40 minutes before they even put water in the bowl…when it came time to do my REGULAR pedicure, I didn’t even get my feet scraped to be smooth! I wanted a French tip which looks absolutely horrendous, not to mention every single one of my toes is cut open from how aggressive she was trying to trim my cuticles… Then I sit down for a gel manicure and once again all of my fingers are chopped up and when I tell her it hurts she ignores me, all of my fingernails have bubbles in them and then she filed my completed nails and pulled up the gel polish on the corners so I’m sure I’ll be able to peel my finger nail polish off of my nails after washing my hands! $90 for these two services is absolutely over priced and I will never be back again….
The owner was very disrespectful to my wife. She was getting her nails a certain shape and design she had trouble with getting the shape the way she she wanted it which is confusing because I was paying and sitting right there. He was being very rude with her hand and in my opinion he was aggressive. She even once said he was hurting her. The shape turned out not to be exactly what she wanted and he immediately began to get loud and tell us to leave and that he refused to do the rest and correct it. A nice woman came to attempt at fixing his mistake but by then we ready to go. Please save your money.
The people were nice, but the place was disgusting! All I wanted was a gel removal, which they did a fine job at, but the bowl they used to have me soak my nails had nasty smudges in it and was clearly used. The station of the nail guy was not clean at all. I would not go back because of the state of the place. Although they were nice, I honestly think that the hygiene issues were significant enough to be inspected and possibly closed down.
Absolutely adored my nails! I would come again. They do your nails well. Highly recommend! I am extremely satisfied with my nails every time. Definitely worth the price
