Poor customer and nail service! I requested my nails be soaked off and instead received the nail tech Summer popping my nails off. AFTER WAITING 45 minutes for service.
I could have done that at home, Summer. Thank you for charging me for product not even used. Thank you for ignoring the pain I displayed while you forced my nails off. Thank you for ignoring my request to clip my nails.
Summer is also more responsive and polite to white customers.
It took everything up out of me to not walk out of there w/o paying or going off; but of course doing so would have given into the stereotype and treatment received.

I came here as a walk-in and everyone was so nice and professional! Very clean too. Bella, Nancy and Elle all helped me personally. I love my nails, manicure and pedicure, absolutely wonderful! ????????✨????
I have always been happy with the customer service at Luxury Nail Spa. My manicures used to chip easily due to my occupation. But Summer found a solution for me - clear dip manicure with no chip on top. I haven’t had a problem since! They are very friendly, pay close attention to detail, and keep the salon very clean. I’ll never go anywhere else!
I had made an appointment for an acrylic french tip pedicure and an acrylic overlay manicure. I arrived 15 minutes early but they still seated me. I was offered refreshments. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The location is beautiful inside and clean. Summer was the nail technician working on me today and she did an amazing job. Throughout the entire process she was asking me if everything was looking how i wanted it to look which i loved. She accommodated to my every need, definitely will return.
I’m beyond impressed with this salon. Just had a great pedicure and no chip manicure. They took their time, were thorough and detailed, so kind and welcoming. This is my new spot! Recommend this 10000%!
Have come here for years. Made an 11:30am appointment on Thursday for Saturday. Waited until 11:55, no sign of anyone being free to help me. Just walked in to Nail Lab on Madison and my pedicure has already begun! Cheaper & more Covid safe and now my nail place.
I don't ever give bad reviews, I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I have gone here multiple times before, though, I prefer the Elmhurst location. I walked in and asked for a pedicure. I was given a nod and sat down. This woman walked in behind me 2 mins later and the lady said you aren't supposed to be here until 3:30. Over an hour later. The lady says, I know, but my hair apt. finished early and sat down. 1 min later, I've been there nearly 5 minutes at this point, the host says to me, without looking, you will need to wait until 3:30-4 o'clock. A 1 to 1.5 hr wait. I was there first and it was NOT this woman's appt. time. No apology, no sincerity. This is not how you do business. I promptly left.
I thought I liked this place but it’s a different environment when the owner Summer is not there. Today February 5th 2023 I got my nails done by Elle and because they over booked my services were rushed and she did a very poor job. I feel discriminated against and bullied. Very poor customer service when the owner isn't present. Would not recommend!
