There are no words to express my gratitude for what Catherine Aubuchon did for my hair! She has been my stylist for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else. After losing my hair from Covid, I Really thought my hair was done for. She recommended a product to help with my hair loss and it has worked wonders! Go see Catherine you will never be disappointed! I love working there. All the girls are super nice and very talented! The Salon is kept very clean and it's gorgeous!

My first time at this salon was PERFECT! I worked with Kassi Williams who took my super long hair into a just above my shoulder, fantastic hair style. She cut off several inches and checked in with me along the way. I have very thick, curly hair, and she did an amazing job maintaining the curl, but giving it a more flattering shape. I LOVE my new do especially in time for this scorcher of a summer. Check out Kassi and the salon, you will not be disappointed. :)

Christina does amazing work. I have used her multiple times for cuts and colors and they always come out beautifully. She is also very accomidating of my severe allergies. She most recently did my daughters hair for her birthday party, as well as a few of my daughters friends hair. They had a great time and left feeling like princesses. I would 100% recommend using her services!

I highly recommend Luxe Salon! Ashley Williams does a phenomenal job! My hair has never looked better! She does my hair extensions and highlights and has for years. She’s extremely thorough and fast! There’s no one else that I have ever gone to that I would recommend!

Kat is amazing. She takes care of my grandmother and on our visit, did mine and my two girls hair. She was great with my young kids and they look amazing with their new hair cuts. I left her chair feeling like a new woman after a great deep condition and cut. The vibe of the salon is fun, and the prices were very much on par with the service!

Went to see kassi williams, she matched the hair color for extensions, sent me the link to purchase exactly the one she matched and when she put them in it was wayyy lighter. She then told me oh shoot well its lighter than I thought. Reorder a darker color ill put them in. I Reordered another color they overnighted it and when I scheduled the appointment with Kassi, she told me, yeaaa ill have to charge something for my "time". Even though she messed up and matched the wrong color and had me order the wrong color. So she charged me 50% as a "good" gesture.

Unprofessional, just like previous reviews stated you should indeed go somewhere else. They mess up and they dont care. Dont trust the other "good" reviews. Hope they value their short term gain of $90 and consider next time of their long term customer loss.

I’ve been a client of Ashley’s for the past few years since returning to Springfield from Kansas City, and she consistently nails it every time with my color and style! She always listens to what I want to do, and is honest about if it’s a good idea or not. I trust her completely with my hair! Plus, the Covid protocol her salon follows is top notch.
