Love, love, love Luxie Nail Spa! This salon is clean and takes the necessary safety measures to protect us as well as themselves which I noticed upon entry. A coworker referred me here & I’ve been coming back ever since (a few years now). Considering I am very particular, I’ve never been disappointed. People’s nails are beautiful when they leave here. Come to think of it, I’ve never seen anyone leave here upset regarding services. The owner listens & moves accordingly. The staff is professional, courteous and does great work which is so appreciated. THANKYOU Luxie!!
Shop is very clean!! It’s one of the few nail shops that have you wash your hands before you get serviced. Staff cleans the spa chairs immediately after anyone uses them, so you are always walking into a clean work. Every set I get is high quality and lasts more than two weeks and all my designs have been so cute!
Let’s start off by saying they have amazing service. I have been goin there for years. They have reasonable prices They have some great nail techs. I go every 3 weeks to a month. Whatever you get it’s going to last you. Make sure you go and check them out.
They get a little defensive when you pit your foot down about what you want, but none the less they deal with me and my colorful personality everytime I walk through the door. They have polices set in place for cocid, they strictly follow those guidelines. I go here and ONLY here to get my eyebrows done since 2018!! Put your trust in Jenny's hand!!

I came in to get a fill that’s 15$ n up remind u my nails short they charge me 38$ plus 13 for a polish change I will never come here again I will learn how to do my own nails

This place treated me so poorly. I usually go the Hannah, but she was off that day. Even though I feel like this place is over priced, I love Hannah and her work. Because Hannah was off I asked the host if there was someone there as good as her. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said "yes, his name is Brian, but he's working on someone and it's a 20 minute wait". By this time it's 4:10pm and I wrote my name and number down and told the girl I'll be back 20 mins. I went inside at 4:30pm and the girl said "he's just polishing, give him him 5 more minute " 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes because by the time I looked up, it was already 4:55. I turned to the girl and told her that her time quotes were way off. Instead of apologizing, this girl shrug her shoulders and with an attitude said "well he wasn't done" and went back to playing with her phone. I waited a total of 45 minutes. Brian was finally ready for me. I showed him exactly what I wanted and he said he could do it for me. 10 minutes into him working on my nails(which he ruined really bad) it turns out he didn't know how to do what I wanted. I asked him to just take them off. With an attitude he said "okay!! $15 and you pay now!!" As if I wasn't going to pay. I gave them the $15 and he left my natural nails looking horrible. He was being so rough on my fingers.
Not once did anyone apologize me. I'm a paying customer who spends hundreds in that place. I felt so disrespected. Everyone there,except Hannah, has a poor attitude. I will no longer waste my money there.
