Staff greets you immediately upon arriving and makes you welcome. The workers are efficient with seat staffing and they do excellent work. I love my dipping polish manicure with square acrylics. My mom had the aroma pedicure and gel polish manicure. We are very pleased and will come back in 2 weeks for a fill in!

So I had my name done here on Saturday. I paid for stiletto, and gel polish. I get my nails done every three weeks like clockwork. I noticed that my nails were super thin. The tips can actually be bent a little.... which shouldn't happen because of the acrylic. Within 2 days my pol started to peel. I showed the picture of what I wanted. Which is the black and gold photo (but with green). As you can see what I got was not the same. Needless to say, my normal salon was booked which is why I went here, and I will not be back in the future

Im not sure if they like African Americans but they sure will take our money! Poor customer service and I didn’t know if you pay $50 for a fill in they only fill in the bottom which caused all my natural nails to break and crack within a week. I was told they don’t care and I can go somewhere else after I went in for a second time within a week to complain! Poor business ethic I can’t believe they been there that long and don’t know how to give adequate service!

Jay is great ! I am a retired licensed SC manicurist so I am very particular about where I get my nails done. Sanitation is paramount in my book as is quality of finished product. I am comfortable that Jay is very qualified in both. I have been thoroughly impressed with this salon for both nail care as well as pedicures.

I was visiting out of town and decided to get my nails done. And Lux nails was available to service me. They were really nice, the shop was very clean and a professional and warming atmosphere. I will definitely revisit when back in this part of SC. My nails are two weeks old now. Done Oct 9th. Thank you

Quiet, clean, courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the pedicure massage chair didn’t give enough back support. Lam was very professional and kind and cleaned as he worked. Did a precision job. Thank you Lam!

Love this family place! My toes and nails always look beautiful, and now my eyesbrows! Everyone is very nice! I definitely would recommend them!
