This is my new favorite place to get my nails done! They were so sweet and fit all 5 of us in even though they were busy. My nails turned out so good and Dave did amazing. He was so funny and worked so fast! Definitely recommend going here!
I went in to get my nails done and everyone there was so sweet!!! I got sat down with Dave he did my nails and he did so amazing and he was super funny and super sweet. I would highly recommend this place they were amazing!
Horrible experience. We waited for 30+ minutes and then when I sat down the lady left me partway through my manicure to do someone else’s manicure. The gel on mine was lifting right after she did it and she got it on my skin. Also, she had me soak my hands and left the residue on my hands. I really don’t recommend.
I absolutely LOVE it here! I have used a couple other places in a pinch and have regretted it every time! They’re all so kind there but Mai does my nails and they are perfect! They’re sleek, not thick and bulky and beautiful and she’s so nice and friendly. You won’t regret coming here. Such a friendly place and so quick. I have nothing but good to say! Mai is such a kind woman and I really appreciate her work!
They are the sweetest! They honestly try to do the best they can! Such a good salon! I’ve had horrible experiences at other places in rexburg but these guys are amazing!! Book an appointment is BEST! They are busy because they are actually good! They are thorough too! If something isn’t 100% what you like then let them know! So so glad to have them in town! 3 1/2 weeks grow out and my fill ???????? no issues with anything!! ☺️
First time at Lux Nail Spa Dave was so kind and funny also caring, he constantly asked if I liked my nails or if something needed fix. Everyone there seemed very kind and friendly. There was no wait time, very clean place. I totally recommend this spa.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve come three times now and won’t be back. It’s the same every time. Wait forever even with an appointment, then a rushed job. They never shape them right (this time I came in having shaped them how I wanted and told the lady I didn’t want them shaped and she still shaped them messed them up. Along with a bad brush job. It’s all over my cuticles so they will peel up in just a couple of days. This last time was the weirdest thing. She would do two nails at a time. Some got two coats while others got three. They were barely in the uv lamp at a time because of it. Also she had an oozing cut on her thumb that kept touching me and it grossed me out so bad.
I had a pedicure with Jenny on 3/2/23 and it was marvelous. I've gotten pedicures for the last 20 years. Some good, some ok, some not but this was the best ever. My feet were awful and she worked and worked until I had baby soft feet. They haven't been this nice ever. I really appreciate her efforts. It took a lot to get them looking like this. I rewarded her with an extra tip. This is a shout out to all patrons......tip tip tip these people who offer you a service.
