I had an acrylic full set done two weeks ago (picture are my nails currently)My nails are still perfect and the nail tech made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. They had a lot of regulars on first name bases which just shows how good this place is! I also made my appointment through Facebook Messenger and they are very quick to reply no matter the time. Services are very affordable which just leaves extra money for a bigger tip.
This is what $50 for a gel manicure will get you at L.U.S.H nail spa. It hasn’t even been ten days since I got them done. The next day after the manicure the gel started to crack, a week later, chipping off. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
I had made my daughter and her friend an appointment at another salon to get nails & pedi for homecoming just to wait 45 mins and be told they only scheduled one person. With it being Friday every salon I called was busy of course. I called lush and the gentleman that answered was very polite and understanding. He reassured they could get us in. After arriving the girls were seated and the service was outstanding. Very good costumer service and great quality service.
My friend and I went to Lush for pedicures on Sunday. I was not at all impressed with Taylor, who did my pedicure. Taylor interjected into the conversation I had with my friend several times, also she coughed like crazy, and was not wearing a mask. Additionally, Taylor did not know how to speak to a client. She refused to hold the light to dry my polish, so instead every time we had to add another coat or switch feet she would make me move my feet, not relaxing at all. I will not be returning. My total was over $80 with tip. I can get better quality elsewhere, in a cleaner establishment, with associates who know what they are doing!
Nice pedicure and people but I could have painted my nails better myself. Not worth $75.
Terribly rushed for no reason. I got acrylic nails and I was cut with the file. They are all completely thin and flat. Different lengths and not straight at the ends. She didn't paint the colors as I asked her and never attempted to do the design I photo referenced (I didn't want her to at that point anyway) Lastly, the woman filed the edges of my nail AFTER painting them so the polish on the sides of my nails are scraped off. I paid $75 before tip so needless to say I'll never be back. Not suggested if you care about how they turn out.
I decided to try LUSH after reading several positive reviews online. I made an appointment here, but it didn't seem to matter. I still had to wait several minutes for my manicure and pedicure. The nail technician who did my pedicure and manicure didn't seem to know what they were doing. I requested the LUSH pedicure and it appeared they didn't know what to do with the hot stones for the hot stone massage. They also didn't use the foot file on my heels. Ultimately, the nail polish on my toenails looked fine when they got done. Next, I requested a dip manicure. This is the part I was pleased with. The manicure lasted a very long time and looked great. The spa is in a very convenient location, appeared clean, and was a relaxing atmosphere. Being offered a glass of wine or beverage while you're soaking is a nice perk. The other nail technicians appeared to be knowledgeable and other customers seemed to be having a good experience, so maybe my experience was an isolated incident.
I have been to this salon multiple times. Steve did the best pedicure I've ever had! I believe Anne is new to the salon, but she gave me the worst pedicure I could have had. She did not pay attention to detail on my nails, skin around my nails, or my nail color application. Anne made my nails jagged and I had to ask her to refile them because they were so crooked. She applied the color to my nails but then told me to "let my color set" before she applied my top coat 10 minutes later. Her nails were also too long to do anything because she got nail polish all over her gloves and the nail color does not go over my entire nails. I really liked my visits other than the one with Anne, but I will 100% be making an appointment next time with someone else.
