Salon is clean, everything looks organize BUT my pedicure was mediocre. Not once he push back my cuticles or cut them . He used his drill to buff my toes nails on top , that’s all . No cleaning underneath the nails ,Nothing of nothing .

What is the purpose of getting a pedicure If we are not going to concentrate on cutting nails,pushing them back, cutting dead skin around , is basically part of a basic pedicure with good polish to finish it .

The staff here is kind but I hated my nails. First off I asked for an acrylic set but they pushed dip powder onto me and it’s not like he was up selling because gel with an acrylic set is the same price. He had no patience as he did my nails and they don’t look even, the shape is awful, and he missed the sides of my nails. He filed roughly as well so my skin is now tender. Honestly I’d rather go somewhere else because the quality is lacking.

STAY AWAY from this place. ..they did a horrible job on my nails they expected me to walk out of there with acrylic all over my skin when I asked them to fix it they got mad and did NOT fix it I sat there for 2 hours (I was the only customer there so she worked on my nails for 2 hours)...she insisted on me getting gel but never told me about the $15 extra charge for it (their gel is old because it has not even been a full 24 hours and its chipping)..when it was time to pay she charged me $100 ???? I asked for a breakdown as I was told the pedicure was $35 and full set $30 totaling $65...here is the break down

35 for a pedi+ 30 for gel+ 30 for full set =$95

So why was I charged 100?.. I called the manager/owner and she stated it was a $5 for coffin shaped nails which u can see by the pictures are not coffin shape they are regular square...she insisted I was wrong and when I asked her if she felt like this was $100 worth of work and if this is the representation of her business she replied "yes"..never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism in a place where people go to unwind I left there more stressed out than I walked in... take your money and chances somewhere else not worth it at all..

Got a pedicure by Kevin and a dip with acrylic tips by another woman whose name I do not remember :( I came in as a walk in and they were able to accommodate me no problem. Super happy with the service!

What seemed a good 1st experience in a clean salon - turned very dissapointing. The very next day both my Mothers and my polish came off in sheets , not even chipping, just peeled away. I dont know if they dilute their polish or what, but seems odd it happened to both of us, using different colors. Does fingernail polish only last 20 hours?

Will not return - a total waste of our money! 0 stars here!

The technicians were very helpful, polite and dedicated to making their customers happy. The environment is very relaxing but more importantly very clean and all safety procedures are in place to make the customer comfortable. My technician, Jennifer is very skilled and I was very pleased looking forward to my next appointment.
