I wish there was a 0 star option. I asked for long and skinny nails she gave me short and fat nails. The lines are uneven and it’s messy. Nails are uneven. Nail polish all over my hands and she only wanted to use one coat leaving it see through and streaky. All for 75$. Not ok.
Somethings happened here. I’ve been coming here regularly and this week when I brought a friend they were still nice but the quality of the work and the care that was taken was completely missing. The entire pedicure experience with polish removal, massage, paraffin, hot rocks and polish application was 35 min. I couldn’t believe it rushing through everything like it was some sort of competition instead of it being one that was what I had grown used to. So now I have to find another salon where they care and do great work.
I wish this could be better but it was a poor experience - very overpriced for a sub par service. I have had really good experiences at this place and it has always been my go to unfortunately I will be finding somewhere new. Paid for the top line pedicure, the tech took the liner out of the bowl and proceeded to do my pedicure which was a little concerning. The massage was mediocre to say the least and the hot stones were barely warm let alone the whole experience only lasted for 35 mins instead of the hour we paid for.
I have been getting dip on my nails for yearsss and the one time I decided to try them to find a salon closer to me, I had 5 nails on two hands crack in less than 24 hours! Two nails cracked within 1 hr of leaving the business. Never, in the years and years of doing my nails, had this ever happened. They only wanted to repair the broken ones, not reinforce the rest or start again. It was a time consuming, expensive, and frustrating experience. It was my first and last time stepping in there.
Very beautiful color changing polish! They said it’s not very popular at their salon but I love to have nails that change color throughout the week! They came out absolutely gorgeous.
I started going to this place a few months ago because I fell out of love with the place I was already at. While this place has a very friendly staff and is very clean, I am never satisfied with my results 100%. Nothing is ever exactly what I ask for and it's frustrating and a lot of times I've been there so long I just don't even want to try and fix it. If you're looking for a place and you prefer regular polished nails with no designs or details, I would recommend coming here. But steer clear if you're wanting anything fancy or particular. I want to love this place but can't justify spending $150+ each time and being unhappy. The two pictures I've added are my most recent set. What I asked for and what I got. Also part of my skin was glued to the nail and ripped a chunk out. And there's hard pointy pieces of acrylic that weren't filed down. So disappointed
Their remodel looks excellent and they spent a lot of time on my full set of acrylics to make sure they were just right, even gave me a hand massage after with some lotion and oil. They offer you pop, tea or water when you come in and have a wide range of colors and services they offer. Would highly recommend:)
Also have a good experience. Always get compliments on my nails. Prices are good. Service is even better. And they're expanding! Love, love, love this place! ❤
