Lucky 13 has to be hands down the best tattoo studio ever. My first tattoo ever and you would not have known it, everyone was so friendly and treated me like family. Kirbie was the artist that did my tattoo but everyone still spoke and chatted away without hesitation. I loved the experience so much I'm already planning on getting three more tattoos done with them.
