This was our first visit and my daughter is very happy with her nails.They look EXACTLY like the picture she showed the nail tech. She was/is all smiles and I am impressed!
She is COMPLETELY satisfied! For me its about customer and the environment and she was polite, respectful of our time and she wasn't rough (no finger pinching or twisting).
The salon was QUIET and CLEAN. We made her next appointment (I love appointments)and I scheduled one for myself. Nice salon experience all I need is a glass of wine. ????
The male staff member that works there is completely dismissive when it comes to reference photos. I specifically told him what I wanted and showed him the picture multiple times but ended up doing a design of his own choice even after I stopped him well before he got too. Since I was on a time schedule that day, I had to leave directly after service and informed them to how I was unhappy with the service and they told me to come back so they can fix it. Since pink tips was to complicated for them I requested a simpler nail design which was just a solid color. Afterwards, it was closing time for them and they had the audacity to charge me for a service that was supposed to fix/make up for the initial service that they messed up on. Will not recommend to anyone with the service I received.
Will not be returning. I keep trying to give them a chance because I thought the work was good, but I live too far away and every time I come in they say they are too busy (while I’m looking at empty chairs) and to return hours later. Guess they don’t want money ! Just say you only take appointments because it’s proven to be a wasted drive over and over.

Service sucks. The only guy who works here is rude. They are slow and give inaccurate times Of service. 20 means means 1.5 hours before you even take a seat. There are currently 3 customers here and I’ve been waiting since 9:16am. AND they have 5 people working!!! Do not go to Loyal Nails time is money and no matter how cheap the services are the time wasted is not worth it.

The pedicure was awesome and quick. However, the time to do my nails was longer than expected. I was at the salon for a total of 4 hours, which 3 hours was waiting on my nails to be done. I asked for a refill, the nail technician informed me my dip on nails would have to be removed. Not one time did he mention it would be a charge for it. Also he kept telling me that I did not have dip polish on my nails. I had to keep reassuring him I did. I initially wanted ombre dip with glitter designs. Once I went online I noticed the reviews, I changed my mind to get plain dip nails. The whole time the technician kept taking deep sighs like he was frustrated. I was not expecting to pay that much for my nails since they were plain dip with no designs.. $60 just for the nails not the pedicure. There is a lack of communication with the clients.
