I arrived about an hour and a half before they closed and got a manicure with shellac. It was nice because there weren’t a lot of customers and they started closing up while my nail tech finished up. She did an awesome job but she wasn’t very talkative. That’s okay though because she’s clearly experienced and was very focused. My nails look great! I’ll definitely be back!
Do not go to this salon unless you do not care about how your nails look! I went unaware that most of the employees are new and still practicing their craft. Which is no fault of theirs, but management. I asked for dip and received regular polish upon asking why the technician stated that management told her to and that it would prevent my nails from turning yellow due to the white color huh “that’s what gel is for” I stated. I explained the difference in dip and polish and the reasoning given did not make sense and she agreed. My skin was cut and burning. Don’t go my nails are discolored and my polish is chipping after 2 days. Not to mention the shape and horrible job of polishing!!
I wanted black nails with white spider webs. After the 6th try at one spider web I said never mind to those and just got black nails… why was I still charged with mail art and why was I told you can do it? I even asked why the price was so high and was told it was for mail art that I DIDNT GET!!!!!! And was told the price wouldn’t be changed. I’m sorry but $70 for this is outrageous!!! I won’t be back to this shop again.
Much needed pedicure! Very relaxing and staff are attentive. Price is great! Highly recommend if you want to relax and be pampered at an amazing price!
So right off the rip walking in I still had old shellac on my nails which she grinded off instead of soaking and grinded down my natural nails which left them very very brittle. I then got a full set of acrylics and they did look good until it came to taking them off. Instead of coming off or chipping off after soaking them in acetone for almost an hour it turned into almost super glue and was very sticky. They used a product called MMA which is actually very harmful to the nail and illegal in the United States and nail salons. It would not come off at all, and since my nail was so brittle underneath my natural nail ripped to the point where I couldn’t even try and remove the acrylic because it hurt. Even if this product is cheaper than what your SUPPOSED to use, if you cared about clients, then you’d use the right thing.
This was my worst nail experience I’ve encountered. 8 sides of my nails were cut open and are still throbbing a day later. High price for a low quality job. I’m sure there are good nail techs there just not the one I had. Plain full set was $62
Walked in 15 min prior to my appointment. No one acknowledged me . At 3 no one came forward, so I waited 5 min and left. My first visit NO customer service
I got a full set of acrylics done yesterday as a walk in, not only did the peel my skin too far back (it’s still bleeding today) the nails are uneven and bulgy. Also the bottom of the nail isn’t painted.. it makes my nails look old and grown out.
By the time I was shown my nails, I was told to pay and they were off with another customer.
Definitely do NOT recommend.
